Merkeze ulaşım çok iyiydi. Quensways tube ile merkeze 3 dk.içinde gidebildik.Kahvaltı oldukça iyi ve çeşitliydi.Personel oldukça yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Oda temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. Zaman zaman asansör hizmete kapalıydı. |

The location. breakfast was good with lots of choice The room was too small. The water in the pool was dirty. It was due to be cleaned, however should be cleaned more often. We didn't know where to get the tokens from for the sauna and it took too long to heat up. The shower in the room was not secure. |

Very well presented with good services and facilities. Appreciated late checkout after unexpected problem arose on our part. 5 pounds per hour for Wireless Internet unrealistic when many other hotels provide free Wireless Internet. |

The room was single, but the bed was 1.5 size. The decor was new and trendy. The location is excellent. The setting is very cosy. Nice front desk staff. The internet posts in the business "corner" were always being used, and there didn't seem to be any limit on the time. |

We were welcomed pretty well, the room was a bit small, just the space to set the requested baby-coat. Anyway sufficiently good breakfast, pretty good value for the money we spent if we think we're in London. Good the availability to use sauna, pool, internet for free. We recomend it to all who wanna spend less and have a good stay. The set of shampoo, bath lotion..it could be better. The common terrace we had to share with other people. |
