Otel bayswater metro istasyonuna çok yakın. Bu sebeple şehri gezmek açısından ideal bir konumda.

Continental kahvaltı adı altında sunulan kahvaltı çok yetersiz. Bizim gibi Akdeniz ülkelerinden gelenler pek düşünülmemiş. Överek sundukları ingiliz kahvaltısını ise tahminimce hiçbir Türk beğenemez. (hatta daha da genelleyebiliriz.) Odalar çok küçük ancak sadece yatacak temiz ve güvenli bir yer olsun yeter diyenler için yeter. Ha unutmadan koridorda yürümek işkence.. yerler tahta ve inaılmaz ses yapıyor.. yani gece erken filan yattıysanız bir anda dışarıda yürüyen biri yüzünden fırlayabilirsiniz.. Ama bu durum bölgedeki diğer otellerde de aynıymış. Eski binalardan kaynaklanan bir durummuş. İlginç...

Lobide devamlı internet olan iki adet bilgisayar ücretsiz olarak kullanılabiliyor. Odaları ve banyoları temiz. Havuz ve saunası olması da bir artı. Kahvaltısı iyi.

Otel çalışanları çok tecrübeli değildi. Otel oldukça eski ve odaları çok küçük. Mini bar yok. Oda servisi de oldukça kısıtlı. Otelden çağırılan özel taksi servisi normalden daha pahalı.

odaları biraz daha büyük ve ısıtması klima ile olsa daha iyi olur. Radyatör bazen geceleri ses yapıyor

The staff are pleasant and helpful and the location for central London is excellent.

First impression of the hotel is good, but once in the rooms you can see the quality drops significantly.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Wi-fi internet was available throughout the rooms. Very central and pleasant location.

Breakfast was good on the first day but a little less on the other days. Rooms was smallish but I expected that as that is what i paid for.

Carpets are filthy. Rooms are small. Staff not friendly.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful.

I was at the hotel for 4 days. I lived out of my suitcase as there was no chest of drawers to place my clothing. I did occupy a room for a single.Not enough bath soap provided in the room.

Convenience/location only

Room was small and did not have the facilities/equipment I'd expect in a 4* rated hotel. That said, it is possible that I was given one of their "lesser" rooms, as I booked on the day and at a competetive room rate.

The location of the hotel close to city transport and the centre, the friendly staff and moderate prices.

good location,ideal area near Hyde park .friendly staff ,enjoyed morning breakfast

Our room was set out for 3 single beds , instead of a double bed we asked for although problem was sorted out to our satisfaction.

Central quiet location, clean . Breakfast okay. Not 4 * hotel by any stretch of the iminagination. Tiny rooms and miniscule bathroom.

Stayed in room 116.Water dripping from ceiling in bathroom beside lightbulb. Rang reception and staff member arrived. Explained danger element and eequested another twin bedded room, she replied "turn off the light and have a shower" . She left room and I anticipated a phone call but I had to go to reception 30 minutes later to ask what happening.She was dismissive and curt. She offered a double room, not acceptable.Offered a triple room which I went to see. It smelled of mustiness and was beside the lift, where you could hear every noise of lift and movement of lift. Used the room to shower in. I advided staff member of sitruation but no further contact from anyone in hotel.Stayed in 116 and showered in 118.No apology and defensive.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel is listed as a 4 star. My double room was barely a 2 star. Dirty walls. Chipped, old, simple furniture. No ac. Room was above train tracks - constant noise. Tiny tv. No bath (only shower stall). And above all - The rooms was so tiny, there was No space to move around.
