Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable room and nice bar and very good breakfast. Overall excellent stay would recommend to anyone. Will be going back. |

Hotel handy for Blackpool's facilities.Summer bookings better and would recommend stay in summer.Staff congenial. Plenty to eat at breakfast.Good cup of coffee. Room was cold and heating not really effective.Bed not all that comfortable.Breakfast,although plentiful, could have been hotter. |

the staff did not try and talk to us too much, however they were pleasant. when in the room you could hear other people talking outside, walls seemed very thin. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment was good. Breakfast was excellent. Able to control heating in room. Car parking space was guaranteed. Location very close to promenade. No shelf in bathroom on which to put toiletries and toilet seat would not stay up. Pillows were too firm for me. |

The hotel was good. I would let others know that about this hotel and i would stay there again but not in the same rooms I did not sleep well the rooms i had booked needs new beds. Also the floors need work? But saying all that I would let others know that about this hotel and i would stay there |

The suite we booked was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable and I was able to park my car right outside the lounge window where I could see it. It had a dvd player so my son could watch his dvds too and he felt very at home. No apart from the karaoke bar was next door so we could hear the singing but it had ceased by the time I went bed otherwise this may have affected our sleep but it didnt on this occasion. I would definitely stay there again. It was lovely. |
