Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä, samoin huone suhteellisen siisti. Tunkkainen haju huoneessa, erittäin pieni hissi. |

Huone oli tilava ja siisti, aamiainen todella runsas ja maukas. Sijainti oli hyvä: ravintoloita lähellä ja ostosalueet noin 10 min kävelyn päässä. Vain se, että maksutapatieto ei pitänyt paikkaansa: sivustoilla kerrottiin, että huoneen voi maksaa Diners Club -kortilla ja sitten ilmenikin, että hotelli ei ole pitkään aikaan hyväksynyt tätä korttia. Henkilökunta selvitti asiaa ja pahoitteli. |

No complaints - allowed to get into the room early which was good as we had travelled overnight by coach. Breakfast was excellent and variety of choice was wonderful. Staff very co-operative and helpful. |

It had a bed and a bathroom. I did not like the fact that they didn't make the beds or replace the towels before 4pm. 10pm on our last night. |

This hotel is quite central, room as only OK, it would not be possible to swing a cat in the bathroom, all heating and shower was electric-strange. very expensive for the class of hotel, rooms felt like converted hostel rooms or old apartments, whole place was cold and unwelcoming and of very poor class, its a real budget hotel with a high price. |

Nearly everything was OK. Excellent location and pleasant staff. Low sound insulation from corridor. |

The hotel offered good VFM and serviced by friendly staff. Its location is good as it was situated close to the city centre and all its amenities and tourist attractions. The bar was a trifle "Spartan" in its furniture, lacked atmosphere and was quite souless in fact.The breakfast area and the method of food delivery was similar to an Army style mess hall, and again lacked any appropriate furnishings condusive to eating in a hotel breakfast room. A bit more Tartan and "Flying the Flag" for Scotland would be appreciated by visitors from overseas to see something Scottish in the fabric of the hotel. |

Pleasant and helpful staff. Ample breakfast. Close to public transport. Recomended a vist to the Zoo. Electric shower was poor. |

I liked this hotel because the staff were helpful and friendly. Also the hotel was good value for money concidering its city centre location and its proximity to the conference centre. |

Good breakfast and friendly morning staff. Room was comfortable and roomy enough. Kind of strange to hand in the key each time you left. Maybe upgrade to the electronic keys. |

The breakfast was excellent, and the room was large, but very uncomfortable. I asked about bus services and was regarded with eye-rolling. There was mold in the 'shower', which was not big enough for a human to fit in. The 'bathroom' was so small you could not stand in it. And the walls were so thin you could hear everything going on next door. There is no air conditioner or fans, so it gets quite warm in summer, and during the festival the room rate soars so high it is quite ridiculous for what you receive. Still, it is only a two-star hotel, so you get exactly what is advertised. As long as all you are doing is sleeping in the hotel (and you are okay with being hot in summer) it's fine even if the walk into town is a bit of a hike! |

Actually the room is small but with reasonable price, good service, safe and comfort. Not near to the city centre but only around 20 min walk. Breadfast is good and enough |

Generally pleasant, ideally located no too far from City center The hotel was generally pleasant, however the rooms are really small and the price was far too high for the quality we were expecting. The breakfast was ok either but I feel I paid a too high price for the service received. I believe I should have paid half of what I paid, but maybe prices were doubled because of the Festival... |
