The welcome, and goodbyes! Location great. All good.
price and location
Parking very difficult and expensive
Cost, cleanliness, breakfast choices
Cold room at the bottom, dodgy wifi in some rooms
Convenient to my daughter's house and good value
Lovely big room Great Value Great Shower Lovely Staff Ideal Location
Great value for money. Enjoyed cooked breakfast.
The room was quite cold therefore interupted sleep.
Good sized single room, very clean, great location, great value, no complaints at all
Good value for money
The bathroom needed updating
- 24 hour reception - Good room size (although the shower/toilet is a bit too small) - Good water pressure for the shower (maybe because I was in the basement)
- Very poor/no WiFi signal in my room. - Room door/lock very easy to pick/break in. - A bit hard to find at the first place (not enough sign post)
location, price, staff, comfort, clean
A great wee a hotel for on £59 on Hogmanay. Very clean and tidy, and a fantastic location should you be going to Ashton lane. Basic .... But it's £59! For 2 with a cooked breakfast!!
Little hard to find and parking can be an issue. But nothing negative about the hotel itself
Very friendly staff. Clean and comfy hotel. Excellent location.
Very very limited parking.
Excellent service and clean, neat rooms in style, situated centrally in the West End our favorite neighborhood
Breakfast was less refined then you would expect from a three start hotel
Good value for money. Nice facilities and breakfast. The service was just so so.
The room was very small and the location was very difficult to find. Parking is a problem as well if you're not familiar.
Friendly staff Clean room Good breakfast selection
Shower curtain Breakfast until 10am only
Great value for money. Staff couldn't have been any nicer, were all very friendly and welcoming
The breakfast staff were lovely girls.
The booking was incorrect. The older lady on reception was definately not a people person and very abrupt.
It was clean, the room looked nice.
Parking cold be a big problem. Room was very noisy. Breakfast room was very smelly.
Hotel is clean, large room with comfy bed & great shower & reasonable price too.
Quite difficult to find if unfamiliar with Glasgow even with google maps! Cooked Breakfast wasn't up to much so I think I'd just book bed only - they did have toast/cereal though which was fine.
Have stayed here many times and usually find it excellent, rooms comfortable and great location.
Had a poor experience with breakfast on this occasion as was served lukewarm items and in particular potato scone seemed like it had been cooked the day before and was stale. To be fair to them this is the first time I have had a bad experience. The selection generally is good.
This hotel is well located. Friendly staff and welcoming reception.
Cooked breakfast was very poor.
Nice comfortable hotel.
Parking only has 3 spaces I did get a space which was great but otherwise it's impossible to find nearby off street parking. So if your taking a car pre plan a 2nd option! Breakfast was standard.
It was a very nice surprise after a long day.
The stairs and parking
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, there are 5 star hotels that I have stayed in that haven't been as clean as this one. Very comfortable, large rooms. I didn't expect such a high standard of accommodation for the price I paid.
It doesn't seem fair to criticise anything about this hotel, but I notice someone else mentioned breakfast. Yes it could have been better, but you shouldn't expect more, for the money. If you want cuisine, pay for it.
