Staff very friendly food was good very comfortable rooms walking distance to subway to get into city centre
A short walk from Hillhead station and Byres road. Great staff. Nice breakfast.
You get what you pay for. It's not fancy but it's clean, warm, comfortable and the staff were great.
Comfortable room, friendly staff, and excellent cooked breakfast. 24 hour check in is an added bonus.
Not great for parking.
Clean Helpful staff Good location Nice breakfast spread Shower gel
No nice bread for breakfast. Would prefer more quality coffee. My friend and I were too hot and couldn't open the window in room 8.
Location, good breakfast, comfy bed.
Bit noisy on the Saturday night but this was due to guests not the fault of the hotel.
Clean, spacious room.
Room next to kitchen so noise in the morning.
Nice staff...lovely breakfast...clean lovely room...location...felt safe as a lone female traveller
everything about the hotel was fine.
parking could be a problem. also the heat in the hotel at times was immense.

The 'blocked drain' smell from the bathroom The soft bed
Clean and a good value! Breakfast was good as well.
It's an older building and I found it a bit difficult to find.
Location was excellent for my purpose
Heating in the hotel was too high Tiles loose in bathroom Central heating making a noise
The price for the location was unbelievable.. we'll done, nice not to feel robbed for once.

Booked hotel last minute. Fantastic location, great value for money, excellent & helpful staff who arranged taxis for me! Overall A great experience
I didn't like that the door didn't have a second lock but that is a minor thing.
We had to book in to stay in Glasgow at short notice and were looking for a nice but reasonably priced hotel. We found the heritage which got good reviews and wasn't extortionate like some others. The location was good as it was in the centre, the room was really clean and nice, the staff were friendly enough, the breakfast staff were a bit quiet. There isn't any parking but the street parking was really cheap. Overall We really enjoyed our stay here
The only downside of the hotel i would say is the steep stairs and no lift. Maybe we're just unfit plus I'm 7 months pregnant but the walk up two flights of stairs were tiring and probably not great for people who are less able. I'm sure there are options if you make the hotel aware though.
Location - great for Botanical Gardens, University and Byers Road Set back from main road Friendly and helpful staff Spacious room Very good value for money Good public transport links
Delicious breakfast, lovely staff and very nice and comfortable room!
Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Hotel is fantastic value for standard of rooms. Rooms are very clean and modern.
Rooms are a bit warm at night. Lack of parking. Hauling cases up to top floor.
I stayed at the Heritage Hotel for two nights at a cost of £28 a night. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the West End of Glasgow in this price bracket, none of which match up to the Heritage in any aspect. I wasn't expecting the standard of room, facility or service I encountered. I know I got a bargain in booking late, off season, but I would happily pay more than twice what I did. If I am ever in Glasgow looking for any more than a bed for the night (I don't expect much) I would definitely stay here again. If I can get it on the cheap, I will stay every week as it's a mile ahead of anything in the price range nearby.
Hotel recently redecorated/refurbished. Good location with some parking in very busy part of city.
Room allocated was in the attic up 3 storeys with no lift and very restricted headroom over significant part of room. Otherwise clean and comfortable.
The location was excellent for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms basic but clean- Tv/dvd player, coffee making facilities, hair dryer etc. Can't complain.
To repeat on other reviews there is no lift. I didn't think it would matter as there are only two floors, but it does!!!! The stairs are steep and spiral. The rooms were overly warm and the windows very thin, I wouldn't have considered myself a light sleeper but the traffic woke me at 6 am each morning as the hotel is on a main road....very annoying. And once again the cooked breakfast is almost inedible, stick to cereal ☺
This hotel offers great value for money and is decorated a very good standard. We have stayed here twice and have been very impressed particularly by the very warm welcome received by the reception staff! It has a great central location and is within walking distance of all the great areas of Glasgow.
A clockroom service is available in the reception at any time. Very nice.
The top rooms are hard challange with heavy luggage (no lift available).
Staff was very friendly and helpful.breakfast was plentiful and good. Good location to subway and west end.
