The staff were all very friendlyand helpful. The food in the restauarant is very well done (if a bt pricey) ....A very comfortable hotel in a vey good location for site-seeing Wales. The hotel looks a bit dated - however, there is updating work being done (and has been the other two times I stayed there) so hopefully this will be recitified soon. |

The facilities at the hotel especially the pool. It was very relaxing. The room was cold in the evening and during the night. The bed was a little uncomfortable. I would have preferred a double. We had a meal late afternoon and the chips were burnt even though the staff tried to pass them off as home cooked. Of course they were home cooked but they were burnt! There was no offer of replacing them. Disappointing. |

The Breakfast was excellent and the staff where very efficient. They appear to be refubishing and one of our rooms was done and this was very good. The other room was not done yet and was a little grotty and had old equipment, i.e. TV etc. |

Location was pleasant. They were very disorganised. Bar closed the shutters at 11.00pm, although you could still order drinks? This meant you had to find a member of staff in order to get a drink. Also, breakfast was poor, food wasn't ready, tables were shared, we had to wait, packed breakfast room = 1 toaster. |

Nothing much at all. The hotel is in need of re-decoration and maintanance. Their were two wedding parties on that night and on returning to the hotel having been out the bar was full of wedding guests and loads of kids screaming . We could not sit and have a quiet drink and so had to go to our rooms. If you are holding such functions you must resrict the guest or make a bar avaiable for your Hotel guests. |
