Reception staff very helpful

Breakfast staff quite surley

We had a peaceful and comfortable night in a convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Service was very good. We did not use the leisure facilities this time but on a previous visit we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would definitely recommend.

Fresh fruit and greater bakery selection at breakfast would be an improvement.

The staff were friendly and the accommodation was adequate.

The food was very poor- I ordered gammon and it was inedible. There was no fresh fruit at breakfast, only tinned and no butter, only margarine. The food was poor value for the room rate and price at the bar, and the quality of the room did not compare favourably with budget options like Premier Inn. I will probably be returning to the area but would probably look for another hotel because of the food.

The room was cold - the radiator didn't appear to be on at all and I therefore had to sit in bed to keep warm. The dinner was not good either - the mashed potatoes were cold and tasted as though they were made from a packet and the vegetables were most uninspiring. The wine was also not chilled but luke warm. Very disappointing!

I liked the attitude of the staff, nothing was too much trouble, and they were polite and curteous. The Hotel was clean and tidy and very central for touring the Rhonnda Valley area.

During out stay at the hotel we found that the rooms met our requirments and were very comforatable, the hotel had great lesure facillities and we both found this a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Lovely and quiet. Food available all day. Gym facilities a bonus.

It's a bit tired in terms of decor.

Breakfast was awful. £113 a night very expensive.corridors tatty. Our first room was very smelly but the staff changed our room immediately.

the room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. the staff were pleasant happy and very helpful the restaurant food was very good and value for money . the hotel was easy to find with ample parking. the staff were knowledge about the area and gave good information and directions. the inclusive breakfast was a feast and perfectly cooked. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend .

We liked the friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The food was very good, also the breakfast.

The room, a family room, was a little dark with low ceiling. In the bathroom, only the shower worked (the tabs for the bathtub did not). The double bed seemed quite small and was unfortunately not very comfortable (not a great mattress). We would have expected a better bed for the kind of room we booked.

I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. It was nice using the swimming pool with my grandsons.

The service at the hotel was impeccable. We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant there, it was exquisite. We loved every minute of the stay there.
