We had a peaceful and comfortable night in a convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Service was very good. We did not use the leisure facilities this time but on a previous visit we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would definitely recommend. Fresh fruit and greater bakery selection at breakfast would be an improvement.

The room was cold - the radiator didn't appear to be on at all and I therefore had to sit in bed to keep warm. The dinner was not good either - the mashed potatoes were cold and tasted as though they were made from a packet and the vegetables were most uninspiring. The wine was also not chilled but luke warm. Very disappointing!

I liked the attitude of the staff, nothing was too much trouble, and they were polite and curteous. The Hotel was clean and tidy and very central for touring the Rhonnda Valley area.

We only stayed at the Heritag Park Hotel one night, but we were very pleased with our room and the stay in general, we went there for our friends evening wedding party and I have to say the buffet was the best hotel bufet we had ever had there was so much food and it was delicious also the breakfast was excellent in the morning, generally we were pleased with everything and would certainly recommend it.

the room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. the staff were pleasant happy and very helpful the restaurant food was very good and value for money . the hotel was easy to find with ample parking. the staff were knowledge about the area and gave good information and directions. the inclusive breakfast was a feast and perfectly cooked. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend .

the breakfast was lovely when we found out we had to get our own, room was very clean and tidy.bar staff where very professional . we stayed at your hotel last weekend it was a nice break for myself and my husband, however we did find the hotel a little run down, and at breakfast we found our table was so sticky our arms stuck to the table, no one explained about the breakfast, the we had to get our own . i would say one other thing we found to be a bit of a problem my husband always forgets to go to a bank machine so when we arrived at the bar in the evening i was sure we could get cash back , staff said it was impossible so we had to drive to a bank machine, perhaps you could possibley consider changing your policies on giving cash back , our fault i know , we did think we could get cash at the hotel, or even if you had a machine so we could have had cash from.

Good car parking. Arrived 16.30 and hungry enough to go to bar. Ordered from set lunch 3- course. Ordered starter and then advised main course unavailable due to deliveries. Ordered from second menu. Then charges full a-la-carte for starter. Would not compromise on price. Had friends coming so decided to eat elsewhere over 3 day stay so Heritage, your uncompromising attitude lost you me and my support forever. Also very tatty decor.
