Opposite Southfields Park in Loughborough town centre, this Premier Inn offers modern rooms with a flat-screen TV.
Score from 325 reviews Fabulous
Hotel is very popular and very well situated staff are very vigilant and helpfull.
A few points were noted the kettle was faulty due to it not switching it self off. And table lamp not working, the room itself was ok but not as good as our previous room 14 which was brilliant.
Everything about the hotel was excellent. We will be returning.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Excellent location, easy to find and well signposted, comfortable bed, great value for money and good breakfast.
Bathroom a little cramped.
Staff very helpful.
A little dated
Large, comfortable, well equipped room. Quiet, and comfortable bed afforded a good night's sleep.Staff friendly and helpful.
The cigarette burn on the toilet seat!!
Staff very friendly Location perfect for me Lounge area very nice
Lack of reliable WiFi, second visit now and still not fixed, last time I had to reboot the routers myself! cold tap in basin seized soild so no cold water, mentioned but no action taken.
Friendly staff, good location.
Couldn't get the free wifi to work. Nor could my colleague. Don’t have any problems at other hotels so can't have been my computer.
convenient to friends in the area large open dining/bar area bed relatively comfy room heated quickly when radiator switched on flatscreen tv
No food being served on a saturday night Needs updating/redecorating throughout building didn't see any different with our "deluxe" room - did have a spa bath, but no way I would use it as enamel coming off/old mould on walls around bath only 1 towel provided limited choice of breakfast, although happy for substitutions
On arrival receptionist very helpful. Ideally placed near to where we were visiting family.
Had no heating or hot water.
Everything the staff wete loveluy
The bed was so hard
The staff were very friendly and polite.
Room was scruffy and in need of modernisation. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny. The heating didn't come on until 6pm so at times it was cold. Limitied choice at breakfast
Staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, thank you
location was ok next door to Morrison for breakfast. tea/coffee and biscuits
sink still had tea stains around basin
Within walking distance of Snibston Discovery Centre and local restaurants 24hr reception - not always available with smaller hotels
Staff were great
Breakfast - Vegetarian was poor! 1 veg sausage 1 egg half a tomato, 1 egg and 5 halved mushrooms.
Very little, other than it's location for a school reunion in Coalville, otherwise would avoid,
Coffee machine broken so no latte's or hot chocolate, been like it for weeks apparently. Ran out of eggs during limited buffet breakfast, Springs in beds gone, rooms shabby and dated. No restaurant on Saturday night. Cheap, but poor value for money.
Close to High Street
Very Quiet! Breakfast choice limited. Lacked life!
Location, value for money, free parking, free wi-fi
No air con, a bit picky but not the best nights sleep as the bed was slightly uncomfortable.
The whole weekend was made brilliant because we had no problems with hotel compaid to ibis it was alot better thanks
The reception area is very attractive when you walk in and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We paid extra for a Premium room and it was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for us as we were dancing at Whitwick.
The corridors looked scruffy and in need of decorating. We were last into breakfast which was 30 minutes before end of breakfasts and there was very little left. It was nearly cold and the service was pretty poor. We had to look for staff to get served.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant room with large window.
No restaurant on Friday Saturday or Sunday nights even though you advertise this facility as 7 Days a week. Very small bathroom.
Good location and excellent staff
Despite the loss of entertainment venue 'the emporium', this hotel still serves a purpose of giving Coalville a cheap, clean, comfortable hotel for those who wish to use it. The staff are friendly and it has useful facilities. I used it for its central location, not far off the M1 as I made my way South.
Rooms could be modernised and I struggled to get my heating to work on a cold August night.
