staff were not interested in me as a guest. I checked in and given a key, that was it, I was never told about where things were, where to go for breakfast... I even checked out a day early and they didnt even ask why... bad customer service but ok price if you just want a roof over your head and a bed.

Staff were very friendly. Warm room. The room we were in on the ground floor was clean but the whole place was very shabby. Broken tiles in bathroom, stains on carpet, old frayed towels. All looked very tired.

Location, price as I booked late. The room was lovely , the bathroom was very small but clean and tidy. The chocolates on the pillow was a nice touch There was no real restaurant and the menu was small although the gammon steak was lovely and huge, the reception and the bar and the restaurant are all one area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was not too expensive. Decent breakfast. Reasonable location for a tour around local attractions. Many within 1 hr. Eg, Space Centre, Coventry, National Arboretum. A bit jaded. Needs a little TLC. The town has very little to offer so a bit stuck at night unless you are prepared to drive or use taxis or buses. (We stayed between Christmas and New Year so things were very quiet and the weather did not help )

The hotel is very dated, the facilities need an upgrade, food is ok but overpriced, there is nothing in the local area to enjoy or do.

A warm welcome from staff and a totally relaxing stay. The whole family (of eight) thoroughly enjoyed the full-english breakfast with all the quirks of young adult tastes happily catered to. I'd definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Neither of us have large appetites, so the cost/value for money of the breakfast was expensive.

Friendly staff, Large lobby. The hotel looks dated and lifeless. Breakfast was fairly poor. Food was dry after being out too long and fresh toast would be a plus.
