Location, staff front of house were good, good size car park Food was not the best but maybe I chose the wrong option as some meals that other guests had looked more appetising!

Staff were very friendly. Warm room. The room we were in on the ground floor was clean but the whole place was very shabby. Broken tiles in bathroom, stains on carpet, old frayed towels. All looked very tired.

Location, price as I booked late. The room was lovely , the bathroom was very small but clean and tidy. The chocolates on the pillow was a nice touch There was no real restaurant and the menu was small although the gammon steak was lovely and huge, the reception and the bar and the restaurant are all one area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was not too expensive. Decent breakfast. Reasonable location for a tour around local attractions. Many within 1 hr. Eg, Space Centre, Coventry, National Arboretum. A bit jaded. Needs a little TLC. The town has very little to offer so a bit stuck at night unless you are prepared to drive or use taxis or buses. (We stayed between Christmas and New Year so things were very quiet and the weather did not help )

The hotel is very dated, the facilities need an upgrade, food is ok but overpriced, there is nothing in the local area to enjoy or do.

A warm welcome from staff and a totally relaxing stay. The whole family (of eight) thoroughly enjoyed the full-english breakfast with all the quirks of young adult tastes happily catered to. I'd definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Friendly staff, Large lobby. The hotel looks dated and lifeless. Breakfast was fairly poor. Food was dry after being out too long and fresh toast would be a plus.

Friendly and convenient for a very reasonable price Breakfast room was cold. Unfair to expect one member of staff to do reception and breakfast at the same time. She worked really hard so no fault of hers but couldn't be in 2 places at once when people were waiting to check out
