The staff were friendly and efficient. As a lone traveller I felt comfortable during my stay. The room was immaculate, warm and homely. The cleanliness was superb. The breakfast tasted fresh and was nicely served. I will definitely be returning for another stay

We had a death in the family and 2 weeks prior to travelling there i phoned and asked due to the circumstances would it be possible to recieve a refund as we were having the family around prior to the funeral on tuesday , was told in no uncertain terms that they do not refund or transfer bookings , was shocked and angry , will not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to leicester

It was a bargain, the room was better than our usual Travel Lodge or Premier Inn for our overnight stays, and far cheaper than their standard tariff, warm, comfortable, friendly, convenient location, couldnt have asked for more

We had booked the hotel for a base for a club night. We were unsure where the club was and the hotel staff were very helpful and odered us a cab to take us to the club. The room we stayed in was lovely and very good value for what we paid.

Bathroom was nice and room facilities were good. They do not serve hot food on Sunday evenings (the day we booked) so we had to go out for dinner. The bed was very uncomfortable and we did not get a very good noghts sleep

Yes it was a good overnight stay. The shower was not that good. My blissful weekend is a really good shower like the one I have a home but the one in room 26 was a struggle. Never mind, overall we managed. We have r-booked for the 24 March, but as yet have not received confirmation.

Rooms were lovely inside. Comfy bed. Only thing, when I go there to check in. I signed in and on the second page there were all my bank details full card no. Expiry dates and the cv2. When I questioned the lady who seems to be from the 60' s era.she said we have never had a problem before. Well love the law has changed and you are breaking the law by keep full customer details. The details and an staff member can get hold of and buy things on line. This really needs to be looked at.

I was so impressed with the helpfulness of all the staff I met. Especially Receptionist (Karen) who accommodated the fact that due to weather and travel on motorway could have been delayed and a meal was 'reserved' for us if late arrival. Room staff were extremely friendly and could not fault it. Would definitely re book and

The Hotel was easy to locate and the reception staff on arrival and departure were most friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and, overlooking the local bowling green, was quiet and peaceful. Tea making facilities included biscuits!!! and even chocolates on the pillow!! I couldn't fault it at all (especially at the cost!!) and would recommend it without reservation Couldn't fault it at all and if I'm overnight in the East Midlands again I would have no hessitation in staying at the Hermitage Park.
