Proximity to beach and shops. Views of sea and park. Wonderful evening meal and breakfast. Lovely decor and excellent facilites in room. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Complimentary rubber duck. Insufficient parking spaces for number of rooms and guests attending daytime events. Room was too hot at night, even with window open and fan on.

All the staff were very good as usual. Good location convenient for theatres. Two disappointments. I was dismayed that the wi-fi was out of action. There was no effort to reinstate it and it was not available at all during our Sunday stay. The room on the first floor was disappointing in comparison to our usual twin room on the 3rd. Floor. Hopefully our next stay will be better!

Excellent location-near the pier and beach/sea and shops and bic. Staff were superb-particularly in the restaurant. Free parking. Food was top class and acceptable value for money. We selected rooms with sea views and it is brilliant to have such a wonderful view. The excellent service in the restaurant and the quality of the food and reasonable pricing made for a very special stay. The toilet in my bathroom [ room 414 ] was somewhat squeezed in between the bath and the wall which means that anybody of a larger size would not be overly comfortable. The lounge area is clean and very well run by excellent staff but it is functional rather than cosy.

Stayed several times before always to see a show at the BIC which is about 100yards away across the road so very convenient. Staff always friendly and helpful. Smart and comfortable lounge areas. Breakfast excellent. Never had a lunch or dinner so can't comment. Room comfortable and clean with comfortable bed. My wife is very fussy about bathrooms - this was clean but, as with many hotels, not many places to put all the necessary toiletries etc. - an old hotel so all the rooms vary in size and shape including the bathrooms. Car parking can be difficult if the hotel is full and a function on. Overall excellent hotel and good value. Nothing.

Location is good, some rooms with sea view are excellent, but not all sea view rooms are great. Room without sea view are quiet. Restaurant open at very convenient timing. Sewage sound is way too lound in the sea view room assigned to my stay. Sea view is over a rooftop just outside the window. The floor squeaks from the room above & corridor.

Fantastic location close to shops and seafront and directly opposite the Bournemouth International Centre where we had booked tickets. Our room was beautiful, spacious and had a fantastic sea view. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with everything you could want. Will definitely go back in the future.

Very friendly hotel in an excellent position for all amenities. The room was very comfortable with excellent sea views. The breakfast menu offered great variety of well cooked & good quality food, most enjoyable. The staff were very polite and happy & quick to respond to any requests

Wow what a superb stay! I just wish I could have stayed for Christmas! Everything about the hotel was truly wonderful from the minute we arrived! Service 125% could not fault it and the cleanliness and location of the hotel also faultless .Thank you and I will be back !!!
