The hotel was ideally located being a stones throw from the beach and a two minute walk to the town centre. The bar/restaurant staff were especially friendly. |

The location is the best thing about this place. It is situated right on the water fron with lots of Bars and Pubs close by. The pier is a 1 Minute walk away. Breackfast was included and also Free WiFi in the room. Free parking on site. Having read many reviews of the hotel I was expecting a very classy place. The room I had (316) was very dates. The floor boards were very noisey, the decor was very old. I had a very small crt Tv in the room wih only a handfull of channels. The hotel in general was very warm and I had no ac in the room, only a very noisy Desk Fan. All in all, not impressed with this hotel. |

Location great - right across the road from the Conference Centre. Good breakfast - friendly breakfast staff. Close to beach and amenities. No air conditioning - very hot and only a noisy fan to try and cool the room. Room 115 looked out over a fire escape but couldn't open the window more than 5 inches as it hit the fire escape! Couldn't have used this as a means of escape! Hotel needs some updating decoration wise. Some of the reception staff quite sullen. |

It is in an excellent position. The Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. The food was also very good. The barman in the evening left us waiting a long time while fiddling with money and made us feel as though he was doing us a favour. He was the only member of staff like this as everyone else was excellent |

the close proximity to the Bournemouth International Centre - brilliant for a theatre break; attractive entrance and communal areas the room was quite small, the bathroom uncomfortably so and the bed hard - would not recommend room 201 |

The hotel is perfectly situated for a trip to Bournemouth as everything is within walking distance. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were efficent and helpful. Our room was again immaculately clean and light and airy. Good double glazing kept any noise out from the evening frivolities outside. The staff were very helpful but other than the young lady that checked us out they were not particularly cheerful. It didn't spoil our stay as everyone was really helpful and carried out their job efficiently. |

The room was clean and with sea view, a bit small though. Staff is happy to help and the location is perfect. Walls are a bit thin, so it might get noisy, specially in the morning when they're cleaning other rooms. |

It was near the beach and in a very short walking distance from the BIC. It was clean and the restaurant for breakfast was open and airy. Our room was quite small, but adequate. When arriving at the hotel at 2.30 we were unable to have anything hot to eat. Also although a continental selection for breakfast was advertised it was not available. |

The situation of the hotel was probably the best in the town, accessible to front , museum , shops and buses. The breakfasts were brilliant. |

It was very convenient for the bic and the single room price was very reasonable. Comfortable Bar and good breakfast Reception staff rather abrupt. Had a problem because of their policy not to allow guests who prepay buy anything on the room tab, though this was not explained at the point that they asked me to pay upfront. |

convenience unfortunately they had a burst pipe while we were getting ready to go out so there was no hot water for an hour but this was just a little inconvenience that nobody could have helped. |

On the Saturday evening of my stay we had a slight health problem. The service provided by the hotel staff was far and above the call of duty |
