I have always felt comfortable staff are friendly and helpful.The hotel is always very clean and warm ! Breakfast was lovely but I was a little disappointed in restaurant portion size. |

The location of this Hotel is perfect for the Beach and visiting the town, the fish restaurant called West Beach just on the sea front was wonderful, I have never had to shake of sand of my shoes inside a restaurant before, all part of the experience! It is best to regard this hotel as base to discover the beach and town, there are no leisure facility's so i would not recommend it for familys who need other distractions in a hotel. |

The location was wonderful for shops, beach, bars, and restaurants.,all staff that we had dealings with were very pleasant, breakfast was very good. Would certainly recommend The room was a little on the small size!! especially the wash basin. |

Super location just steps from the pier and beach, as well as convenient to town and transport. My top-floor single room was quiet and had a partial view of the sea. Good peak-season price, including a nice breakfast, on this website. The room was rather spartan, the shower was in need of an upgrade, and the hotel overall seemed just a bit tired. Only one small lift for four floors. Plenty of windows in the dining area and lounge -- but every one of them overlooked the parking lot. |

The location was prime, better than the other hotels i've stayed in, in Bournmouth. There was free parking. The WiFi was free in the reception area and £5 for 8 hours from your room, which I think is reasonable. The bed was a-maz-ing -soooo comfy! Staff working in the breakfast room forgot about my tea and toast twice and by the time I got them, my breakfast was cold. I could hear people taking, walking about and doors slamming whcih was a bit annyoing at 6am. The telly was tiny and only 4 channels were available, which didn't really fit with the "modern facilities" room description. |

The location is the best thing about this place. It is situated right on the water fron with lots of Bars and Pubs close by. The pier is a 1 Minute walk away. Breackfast was included and also Free WiFi in the room. Free parking on site. Having read many reviews of the hotel I was expecting a very classy place. The room I had (316) was very dates. The floor boards were very noisey, the decor was very old. I had a very small crt Tv in the room wih only a handfull of channels. The hotel in general was very warm and I had no ac in the room, only a very noisy Desk Fan. All in all, not impressed with this hotel. |

Location great - right across the road from the Conference Centre. Good breakfast - friendly breakfast staff. Close to beach and amenities. No air conditioning - very hot and only a noisy fan to try and cool the room. Room 115 looked out over a fire escape but couldn't open the window more than 5 inches as it hit the fire escape! Couldn't have used this as a means of escape! Hotel needs some updating decoration wise. Some of the reception staff quite sullen. |

It is in an excellent position. The Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. The food was also very good. The barman in the evening left us waiting a long time while fiddling with money and made us feel as though he was doing us a favour. He was the only member of staff like this as everyone else was excellent |
