The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been and the shampoo was empty
We enjoyed the leisure area & the staff were very friendly.
The fact that the “double room” was actually two single beds pushed together.
The swimming pool and Starbucks on site. The room was comfortable and sweets with drink for grandson very much appreciated.
Fantastic hotel great area and lots to do zoo was right next door
Comfortable bed and good shower
Poor breakfast for the price. Eating area too cramped and far too hot, decor terrible. Would definitely not stay again. Far too expensive for what it is.
Great facilities, modern rooms and friendly staff
No biscuits in the rooms
Bed was a great size and comfortable
My partner felt the bathroom was extremely noisy if used during the night.
pool excellent good food bar staff could not do enough for us overall very good value for money and all staff very friendly
Comfortable clean rooms. Good location and lovely breakfast!
twice on seperate days woken up during an afternoon nap with my 18 month old and 3 year old by staff even though i had the do not disturb sign on the door
Away from the buzz of the city
'Sports club' type feel Relatively expensive Restaurant (Italian) was very poor quality, didn't even have vegetables/side dishes served with main course, and food was not very tasty - heavy and not tasty No temperature control in the room Rooms very dark
Both restaurants were good, especially the Italian one. The beds were really comfortable. I particularly liked the heated outdoor pool-definitely a good experience to swim outdoors in October!
I felt that the size of the family room that we had was a bit on the small side and that there weren't enough drawers for all our clothes.
Staff, location, breakfast
Bed a little hard
Very clean and comfortable, staff very nice and helpful!
Only thing missing was a games room for my 14year old son, also he would have used gym but age limit was 16. There was one pool table in bar area which always was being used when we were there
Liked swimming pools.
Just the room was to dull.
On arrival we found the 'cot' to be a travel cot where the supposed matress was 4 slats of wood with a sheet covering them. Our baby had to sleep in her pram. On checkout we were asked about our stay, we mentioned the cot and got no response. I realise that our baby was free of charge but its still not acceptable.
Services were all great.
Noisy guest banging doors.one night only
No information in hotel room regarding were things were and list of phone numbers
Couldn't believe the extras offered free at this hotel. For the price I paid I expected very little other than a bed and breakfast. Brilliant surprise. Will definitely stay there again.
I did not like having queued for over 15 minutes to get a breakfast table before leaving the Hotel without reaching the front of the queue. I then had to travel home without having had the meal. I expected a better service. All other aspects were very good and a pity that this bad let down soured an otherwise enjoyable experience.
Plenty of parking. Italian restaurant was efficient and we had the early bird dinner menu as we were going out later. Breakfast was well catered for despite the hotel being very full and there was a good choice of buffet items.
It was expensive and the Upper Deck (superior) room was nothing special. No shower cap and the soaps were in dispensers. Downstairs with the Starbucks concession felt a bit like a motorway service station.
All staff were very welcoming and friendly, during booking an our stay. We loved the comfy rooms, the leisure facilities and breakfast was great.
The flaking paint and bluebottles caught behind the blind at the window was a bit off putting
I liked going to the restaurant for my breakfast in the morning and also going swimming in the evening then going back to my room to watch sky channels in bed with my partner.
There was not one thing I didn't like, me and my partner enjoyed everything.
I liked everything including staff breakfast staff rooms and the pool it was all excellent this was my fourth time here this year
Good size room, well equiped bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Made the stay very easy.
Nothing really. Enjoyed my stay.
