Every member of staff helpful friendly . we left an item in our room & rang when we got home too see if found , problem solved with-in minuets .food fantastic. Will be back soon!! Bathroom a bit on the small side if anything ,but not real problem .

Breakfast good This hotel is for golfers only. There is a Starbucks in reception !!!! There is no residents lounge and the bar area is full of loud men talking about golf. There are tv screens allover the bar area showing football and nothing else.

The hotel was modern, up to date, clean with good facilities and reasonably priced. It was too busy with the number of non-residents using the gym facilities. I would have preferred if there was a seperate entrance for this. The restaurant was average at best and the food poor.

We enjoyed greatly our Easter break at De Vere Village. It was a wonderful escape from London stressful way of life. Fantastic, cheerful and professional staff that meet you with a smile and deliver exquisite and prompt service a ta high standard. Impecably clean room, everyday replenishment of used items. The facilities provided were just amazing. And having our usual Starbucks morning coffee on the site was just an extra bonus. Well done to all the team of De Vere Village Herons Reach Blackpool! Keep up the excellent service!

I didn't like it; it was awful. It was like being in a premier inn Decor was awful, room was dark, no extractor in bathroom, bed very uncomfortable, room was too warm, hotel full of people on cheap deals

Very friendly staff, good food, clean comfortable room. As raised with the reception staff, was annoyed that the bar staff had cashed up by 2310 meaning as we had elected not to pay via the `room` we were unable to have more drinks. This was an error on the part of the bar staff.

Reception team were friendly and efficient. Restaurant team were fantastic, mostly in their twenties, were a great advert for their business and totally focussed on the needs of the customer. Excellent value for money. Tribute night was excellent and also good value. Cleaning detail in the room was not good. Bathroom floor was grubby. Nice view but the windows were filthy. Wouldnt take much to fix.

Restaurant, service was very poor. Staff barely seemed to know what they were doing. Drink order took 25 minutes, and chef shouted sware words load enough for guests to hear easily.

I enjoyed my stay at the village but was dissapointed with the food options in the main restaurant, in addition on the third day the breakfast was poor, several slice of the bread for toasting had mould present and the croisants were very stale. The cooked selection however was good.
