Excellent car parking with easily accessible spacious entrance. Wide, pleasantly carpeted corridors. Excellent breakfast choice and courteous staff. Good spa and leisure facilities. Furniture looking a little tired in the room. Noisy guests returning in the middle of the night. Room very hot in the full sunshine and unable to ventilate. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the facilities were very nice Personally I didn;t think the quality of the rooms was quite as good as the quality of the rest of the hotel |

Great breakfast, eat as much as your want in a nice relaxed spacious restaurant. Relaxing overlooking the golf course at the rear of the hotel in the hot sun. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has really good leisure facilities in the basement. The bathroom was so tiny. Wish the television had more Sky Sports channels in the bedroom. |

The staff were very welcoming - one went out of his way to show us the Bar 19 and the patio which we might have missed. The bathroom. We prefer a walk in shower and asked for one. We had one over the bath which was very poor and would not stay in position. The head actually fell off twice mid shower. |

Food in general was quite good. Good price for first nights stay (£59). Good breakfast choice. Excellent swimming pool and sports facilities. Restaurant was light, cold and lacked atmosphere - just a few simple extras such as candles, table cloths and background music for the evening meal would make a big difference. corridors were dirty - particulrly the floor between the ground and the first floor which smelt. Rooms were basic and in need of renovation. |

The venue was clean and well set out the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The prices for food and drink were expensive and was not good value for money, we ordered breakfast in our room the night before and when it turned up the following morning it was an hour late and only half complete. |

1/ The Lesuire Centre ! 2/ The Brasserie Evening Dinner ! Yes ! The general cleaning duties did not seem to be carried out ie: Dirty Room....... corrodors not cleared for hours on end of breakfast trays in particular. The resturuant had not been fully cleaned ..... there for instance was a door hanging off the cupboard from where the waiters are stationed and the kick boards were very dirty as well even thou the actual food was very good. |
