I am disabled, and found the disabled facilities excellent. All staff were very helpful and I had a lovely swim in the pool. I would love to visit again, at a weekend were the rooms are at reasonable rates. Thankyou. The only thing I didnt like was the prices of meals in the resturant, we found them very expensive. Ok I suppose for wealthy people and those on expenses. It was a shame to see the resturant empty friday evening. Perhaps if meals were cheaper at weekends the resturant would do more trade, especially with a Harvester just down the road where Fish and chips is £5.99 instead of £13.95. We still enjoyed our stay.

Reception staff were not terribly helpful, not what I would expect from a regular Holiday Inn travellor. Stayed the previous 2 nights at Holiday Inn Jesmond which was excellent. Breakfast is expensive but buffet was missing a number of items, and basic plates etc were not restocked. I wouldnt say anythign was terrible just not what i would normally expect from Holiday Inn.

This is a good convenient hotel for a weekend visiting relatives. The breakfast was ok, but like many of these self-service breakfasts if you're lucky they've just put out some freshly cooked hot food. If you're unlucky then you're searching around for something reasonably edible. I would certainly stay in the hotel again but I'd breakfast elsewhere.

Very over priced, tired looking. Would not recommend to anyone. I wish I had not stayed. There are much better options around the area.

The staff were excellent (in particular the receptionist who was very welcoming and helpful), everything seemed clean and the breakfast was also very nice. Not a complaint but it was obvious that the hotel is getting a bit old as far as fitting go - in particular the rooms. E.G. the numbers had worn off the tv control, very old tv and also the chair/desk were not in a great condition. If there was not a deal on I probably would not of been too happy at the price vs quality of room.

Very nice spa section, in general a good hotel at the suburbs of Luton. Ample parking close to the hotel. Be careful with the breakfast arangement, the general cost is £14/pp if you are on a room only stay. However, after a day it came clear that it was possible to buy a voucher at the reception desk for £15 - entitling two persons for breakfast (!) By the way a very well selected buffe breakfast, with a nice and helpful staff.

Convenient for Luton airport, easy to find and parking available. Not the usual high standard expected from a Holiday Inn - no flannels (disposable or otherwise), no iron in room. Room service was delivered but without everything ordered. A little disappointing sadly

the price was fantastic, although if you are using it as a stop over for the airport, you need a car. or a taxi. The taxi into Luton was a reasonable price. The only staff we met were the receptionist and a housekeeper. they were very friendly, helpful and polite. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.Don't expect luxury but it had everything you could need and was clean. Nothing not to like really, except I am a smoker and had to dash across the car park for cig. It would be nice to have a covered area near the door to smoke. However this is not really a complaint as it's my fault for being a smoker!

The receptionist was very welcoming, bar staff friendling. Spa and gym facilities good though pool a bit small. Room and bathroom had nice decor and clean. Disappointed that the restaurant was a carvery on a Saturday night especially as we were celebrating our Anniversary and there were'nt many restaurants in the near vicinity. The prices were expensive for a hotel,it was £18.95 for 2 course meal bearing in my mind we had to fetch our own main course and it was £3.20 for a small cup of coffee out of a machine, you can get a freshly made large coffee for that price at a coffee house. This was our only complaint but it was an important part of our stay.

Quality fixtures and fittings. Great sized bed Greeter could have been warmer and have several breakfast price options rather than just one at £13.95 which is pricey for some people

The spa was fine. Only 7 miles from Luton airport. Good for an early morning flight My room was not made up when I went to it. They had to change me to another room, one male staff member was rude re: this issue. We ordered room service pizza plus a side salad of baby spinach, rocket, watercress & shaved Parmesan . When delivered to my room the salad was lettuce & cucumber.! It was £3.25,so I thought more the principle. I called restaurant & told them the mistake & asked for it to be taken off the bill. They agreed. 5 mins later there was a knock at the door from room service saying "can we have the salad back please"?? !!!! I mean, talk about bad customer service!. We gave the salad back. When we checked out , the £3.25 was on the bill. I know it's only £3.25, but it just annoyed us. But the receptionist instantly took it off for us. I have never actually reported on a hotel good or bad.. But this time I felt I needed too.

The staff were amazing, the spa lovely, the location great for m1 and local taxi company friendly and prompt. I can forgive them anything for the staff were. Absolutely wonderful. Breakfast lovely if a bit pricey. The room was in need of a wee bit of tlc. There was peeling wallpaper with a family of spiders by the window and net curtains a bit shabby. But I forgive it all for the genuine lovliness of the staff.
