Prices of food and drink - far too expensive - £5.70 for 1 tea and 1 coffee - disgraceful overpricing. Room was very dark and small, furniture very old - windows not good enough quality to block out noise of traffic. Disturbed by traffic throughout the night and woken by the traffic in the morning.

Excellent! Very friendly staff. Very clean and modern rooms. Excellent value for money and very welcoming. I was offered the chance to sleep in and check out by 2pm. I would stay again. It was convenient to stay after picking up my partner from Luton Airport.

The room was really lovely and the staff were great.

For an overnight stay, excellent. Excellent value for money, too. £35 for the room, and my wife and I had dinner (starter and dessert) and breakfast (one English, one continental) for £45. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room radiator was cold(?airlock) but when informed management immediately supplied an electric radiator. Pleased to see Gideon Bible in room.

Staff were very helpful. Not sure if you Disabled access rooom would work for someone who uses a wheelchair but was adaequate for our needs.

This is a good convenient hotel for a weekend visiting relatives.

The breakfast was ok, but like many of these self-service breakfasts if you're lucky they've just put out some freshly cooked hot food. If you're unlucky then you're searching around for something reasonably edible. I would certainly stay in the hotel again but I'd breakfast elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful,made to feel very welcome which is a bonus when on your own. Room was compact and spotlessly clean.Only stayed one night but it was relaxing and would definitely use it again.

Very nice spa section, in general a good hotel at the suburbs of Luton. Ample parking close to the hotel.

Be careful with the breakfast arangement, the general cost is £14/pp if you are on a room only stay. However, after a day it came clear that it was possible to buy a voucher at the reception desk for £15 - entitling two persons for breakfast (!) By the way a very well selected buffe breakfast, with a nice and helpful staff.

The receptionist was very welcoming, bar staff friendling. Spa and gym facilities good though pool a bit small. Room and bathroom had nice decor and clean.

Disappointed that the restaurant was a carvery on a Saturday night especially as we were celebrating our Anniversary and there were'nt many restaurants in the near vicinity. The prices were expensive for a hotel,it was £18.95 for 2 course meal bearing in my mind we had to fetch our own main course and it was £3.20 for a small cup of coffee out of a machine, you can get a freshly made large coffee for that price at a coffee house. This was our only complaint but it was an important part of our stay.

Convenient for a party we were attending at Whipsnade Zoo. A very good rate for the accomodation. Clean and comfortable.

Staff in bar slow and surly. Food choice limited on bar mene- two options alread soldout at 1830
