Rooms clean and well equiped, although initially issued with unserviced room this was quickly rectified. The restaurant was lovely, breakfast good. Bar relaxing and airy, service a little slow in bar area. Reception at check in, was impersonal and brusk. Lift out of order but no offer of help to take either myself and my husbands or my 70+ parents luggage to a second floor room. |

Very helpful staff - courteous at all times. Bed comfortable. Room adequate for price and clean. Good parking facilities. But definately the thing that set this hotel apart from others in this price range was the staff. Try not to lose them. Price of bottle of water - No public relaxation area e.g. bar or lounge without a TV on so very difficult to talk to friends. |

We really enjoyed the quality of the food & made even informed the chef who cooked dinner on Thurs 19th March. Being 6 months pregnant, I was very glad the beauty salon offered massages for pregnany women & the beauty therapist was soooo lovely! We found the room a little cramped but it was clean so not a problem |

The room was large & the bed was a comfortable king size, very good value, but I understand from the staff the only king size @that price. Pity we did not use the pool etc On this occasion we did not have the time. |

I liked the convenience of the hotel, the room was small but clean, however, there were was no shampoo or body wash left. The staff on the Saturday were helpful but the restaurant was understaffed, considering it was Valentines Night. |

This was an excellent hotel with good gym facilities and a pleasant swimming pool. Wonderful breakfast with complimentary newsapers. We will definitely be staying again! Reception staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. |
