Old fashioned shower curtain. Paint on the bathroom door
Great location - the hotel is very close to Victoria tube station, so very easy to get around London. Hotel also close to several theatres. Room was comfortable.Nice bar area.
Wasnt happy about having to pay for wifi - this is usually included in the price in London hotels.
Staff were excellent, location very close to Victoria but quiet.
Slow draining bath. Small restaurant but well managed by staff - well done.
good location, very central.
My shower was broken and in the morning I woke up with water falling from the bathroom ceiling... nevertheless I had to pay full rate for my stay.
Right next to Victoria station so easy access to the city. Having said that, it was so quiet so you'd never know! Beds comfy, rooms clean and comfortable. Felt very safe staying with my 7-year old. Love this chain of hotels (and especially the cookies!). Will stay again no hesitation.
If anything, the breakfast was a little poor in relation to the rest of the hotel. Poor choice with breads, pastries etc and the hot food was a little boring.
Location for London Victoria station was perfect. Room was really good and the walkin shower was excellent.
Location is perfect, rich breakfast although eggs were coming either raw or overcooked- however they take the rejected dishes with no problem. All hotel staff very kind and helpful, especially consignee, reception people and breakfast team.
Internet access, poor but free in the hall, paid and difficult in rooms. Small bed and less comfy respectively to other Hilton hotels. However it's a rather expensive accommodation.
The Cookies at check-in!
Had to pay extra 15£ for the wireless access in the room
Rooms, breakfast and concierge were lovely.
Bar was poorly stocked. Both nighs that I was staying with three friends, there was only one bottle of a particular wine and bar staff were not friendly.
Location. Close to theaters and transport
Expensive wifi. Available in reception but very busy area
Hot water was cold on the third morning of our visit
Busy underground station. Bad services. Rude staff. You need minimum 30 min to get your luggage to your room, I called them 4 times just to get my luggage up to my room !!. Uncomfortable room with no privacy in the toilet. The fridge was not working and needed to call the maintenance to fix it !!. We asked them to change the room because of these problems but they were not convincing them and they kept asking why you want to move to another room !!. We booked a deluxe room with a bath, a/c and flat screen but didn't have a bath it was a shower !!. The only difference between deluxe and standard rooms is having robs and slippers in the deluxe while you don't have them in standard !!!!!!! My first and last time in this Hotel.
Nice staff and the perfect location for early airport connections via gatwick express.
receptionists welcome ! omelette for breakfast
noise from station ! house wine !
Intrusion by false alarm
That Wifi service was not free.
Warm cookies on arrival, very helpful staff and leaving luggage before check in wasn't a problem. Booked an executive room which was great value for money.
Location, Cleaniness of Rooms
1. Nobody could speak English, extremely difficult to communicate. 2. Reservation was only for 2 people when I booked for 4 3. Charging an additional $21 for breakfast was outrageous!!
Staff were excellent, breakfast was extremely good.
We got back to our room at 3.00 on the Sat as we wanted to shower and change in order to go out early. We got into our room to find it hadn't been serviced. reception were informed and the cleaner came straight away and cleaned the Bathroom and left clean towels. She said she would come back later to finish. When we got back at midnight our bed still hadn't been made. I don't think this was acceptable for the price we paid
This is a great hotel in the perfect location for me! Friendly, efficient staff, great food and newly refurbished. This hotel was previously the Hesperia, one of my favourite hotels in London. I like it even more now! I'll be back!
A better toaster, or an additional toaster would be invaluable at breakfast time!
can’t think of any
Central Close to Victoria station (rail & tube) Next door to the Passport Office
very close to Victoria station; as we got the room with promotion price, so it's value for money
Room is not big, but underatable as it is in city centre of London; Compare with other Hilton, this one is quite average
Everything was very good
