All older children or adults are charged GBP 39.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

From Friday 13 March 2009, the restaurant is also open for evening meals from Tuesday to Saturday, from 18:00 until 20:30, with last orders taken at 20:00. Advance bookings are welcome.
Please note that the restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday evenings.

It was a 2 star bed & breakfast, It was old, looked old and smelled old. The breakfast was brill. Needs some time and money spending on it. It could be good We were put in the top floor of an annex. Emptied the sink and it all came up in the shower. There was no shower gel. When I complained, the staff were excellent and relocated us, however the room was still an old 2 star room. |

This was our third stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel has a commendable attention to detail. They have their own car park but are also only a short bus ride away from the centre of York. The table service at breakfast and in the restaurant is excellent - which means no queuing and not having to battle with those ridiculous self-service toasters that many hotels seem to prefer! |

We were free to come and go as we pleased, with minimum contact with staff. The air freshener, it spayed every time people walked past and made the entrance smell over-powering. |

Staff were pleasant and attentitive, quality food at breakfast. Its in York, which is lovely. It was just about value for money (see below). Digital TV. Tea/Coffee facilities were fine. The drawers on most of the chests were falling off. The three quarter bed was very uncomfy as well as the awful pillows. There was a sink outside of the bathroom which was a slight annoyance. We were put in the Anex building which meant we had to walk the short distance to the main building (in the rain) for breakfast. I'm being pedantic now. There was a small hair where you put your shower equipment. The toilet roll holder was extremely annoying. |

My room was clean and spacous with views overlooking the rear court yard. Staff were vey friendly and efficient. Breakfast was by table serivce which was served promptly. I had the full English breakfast which was cooked to perfection . This hotel was excellent value and I will have no hesitation to book in on future visits to York. |

Location to the city centre, excellent breakfast choice, good rate for single person (my daughter stayed in room 4 on the Sunday evening). Stayed in room 38 for first night which was a bit cramped and blinds let in too much light through the night. |

We stayed in an annexe which is two doors away from the hotel which is not ideal, and when we booked we were not made aware of this. The breakfast was very poor also. |
