El trato de 2 de los recepcionistas El trato de un señora de recepción que no tuvo ninguna consideración con el estado de salud de mi novia que no pudo salir de la habitación en 2 días y aún así no me permitió entrar nada de comida para poderla cuidar. Las normas siempre tienen alguna excepción y no me gustó nada su falta de consideración para con ella. |

ov erall the hotel was great!!!! good selection of food ( breakfast & dinner ) bar was well stocked. this was our 3rd time and enjoyed every minute. |

Bed was nice Breakfast was only from 8-9:30, water heater for the coffee was filthy (and I don't have high standards), check out was at 10, tv had 4 channels, quite a far walk to the city |

it was quite close to centre of york, private car park room rather odd, parts new style parts old style, woodchip wallpaper, shower in one corner, toilet in the other? obviously we had one of the older basic rooms, and felt that we did'nt get value for money. have stayed in better hotels for less money. |

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was generally pleasant - but there were some minor issues eg watery orange juice, unclean plate. Such matters were dealt with promptly. |
