It was perfectly central to everything for such a reasonable price. Decor was very smart and the room was so comfortable.
A shame there was no on site breakfast.
Clean & central location, handy for dockland & shopping
Thought would be little bit more of snacks available for on the go breakfast, but liked that voucher for nearby café breakfast
Great hotel. Perfect location!! Cheap rates!!
Car parking difficult
Loved the location of this hotel, we recieved a warm welcome and was directed to our room which was a decent size, clean and comfortable, particularly the balcony where we sat and enjoyed drinks before our night out The reception guy was very helpful and rang a taxi for us Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again The best hotel I've stayed in in Liverpool
Nothing I didn't like, it was fab!!
Location.rooms. staff friendly
Noise from outside untill early hours. No where to relax or meet other staying guests on the property. No option for breakfast or dinner.
Great place for a weekend break!!!
small friendly hotel staff very helpful location great, rooms clean, little extras in room very welcome, iron, hairdryer and biscuits, although no breakfast provided by hotel, cafe they recommended was great value for money
Good location in the centre...
Bathroom / shower a bit poor... small.
The comfort of the room and the free wifi that was included
Ideal location for exploring Liverpool. Friendly staff. Excellent decor throughout and very clean and comfortable.
The mirror in our bathroom was placed too high for me. (I am 5 foot 1 inch tall and could only see my hair!)
Fantastic location, beautiful building.
Bathroom a bit cramped - you had to squeeze in door & shut it before you could use the loo!
Proximity to the docks, Cavern club, bars and shopping. Rooms were nice and quiet
Parking was a walk from the hotel. Our room location was not convenient for someone with a large suitcase (multiple sets of stairs once off the elevator)
Comfortable niche close to Albert Dock
Breakfast arrangement inconvenient
Excellent location for visiting the centre of Liverpool for shopping and night life. Overnight parking is good value for city centre location, the hotel offers a concessionary rate.
Be sure to unload your bags first as the car park is a bit of a walk Q-parks located under Liverpool 1 shopping area
Ideal location! I requested for the room to be decorated for my boyfriends birthday and it was better than i expected. The room was full of balloons, and the towels were shaped into kissing swans! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
No breakfast or bar
Nice decor, friendly staff.
No breakfast provided and the sockets kept failing.
Massive bed, idea location, nice staff, great shower, brill and speakers in the room. Had a really nice time. Would highly recommend a restaurant called 'meet' which is just around the corner on Brunswick st. Fantastic Argentinian steakhouse.
Wasn't a fridge in the room And also don't think there was any wifi, although there was a wired connection but I only had my iPhone.
No bar. If coming back late had to call secrity to get in.
Price - We were charged 236.00 for one night and there wasn't even a bar or restaurant !!!!
The room was well decorated really plush and modern, lovely and clean with good towels and bedding. The room had a plasma tv and even a Bose Dock. Staff very freindly and a really good experience
breakfast would have been lovely but no food available at hotel at present
Right in the heart of where we wanted to be. Excellent value for money. No fuss check in and check out. Room was just amazing. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.
Location - very close to shopping, also Albert Dock and other tourist attractions. Modern Room Comfy Bed Friendly staff
location and facilities
room was poorly lit no lights on dressing table to make putting make up easier, lights in room were not very bright making room very dark
Good location and lovely service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had an early appointment and the staff very kindly made my room available. It made my day
Great location between the water front and centre of town. Comfortable bed.
The view out the window was of a brick wall, but this is to be expected in a city centre location. The public corridors could have done with a good hoover. No breakfast on offer.
