“ Loved the location, close to shops & train station as well as the tour bus for the city. Easy to get to and the hotel was very clean and up to date! The Bose ipod doc was sweet! When we asked for more coffee, the attendant was gracious enough to supply plenty more with a smile. I would definetly stay here again! ”

Location, clean facilities, excellent shower, friendly staff and good value for money. Better to have instruction beside the hand basin how to operate the mixer as though it is a modern kit, it is difficult for people to work out how it works. Also difficult to dispense shampoo/conditioner etc as the bottles are glass rather than flexible plastic type. Small things but thought let you know as you asked me!

Our 2 night mid week strip was partly to see Pink Martini (Oregon group) with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and, inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50% of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed - not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights. Nothing really - just watch the parking. As with most city centre hotels not great or cheap - but their discount rate for the Qparking nearby helps.

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel I didn't like the fact that my wife couldn't check in until she paid the bill. It was a long day travelling so she just wanted to get some sleep and it was bad enough that she had to wait til 3 pm to check in. However I was a good couple of hours away so she got a loan from a friend of ours to pay up front so she could get some sleep. It was strange that they couldn't wait for the money til I arrived

Very clean comfortable room. Very good location for the Albert Dock area and not far from the station. As we had a room at the front of the hotel it was a bit noisy from the bar next door late saturday night.

The hotel is very modern, well-equipped and all-round comfortable and quiet. I sought it out as a business hotel and plan or returning on my next trip within 2 weeks. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is nothing I didn't like.
