The staff were very helpful and unobtrusive. The room was lovely-exceptionally clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was delicious. I would have liked to have stayed longer. I would recommend it . |

We really enjoyed the stay but we have marked it down because the T.V. in the suite didn't work (out of the hotels control through switch over to digital) and the pool was out of commision. The suite was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed and accommodating and the staff were lovely. There seemed be a few jobs around the place not done, kitchen table on the sun terrace, some holes in the drainage grids, ( beware high heeels or walking sticks) wonky light fitting,debris behind a wall that could be seen from the front bacony, but this is really minor, the stay was lovely and we would go back and would like to stay longer but it is quite expensive for more than a couple of... |

Staff were friendly and the hotel was set in nice surroundings. It was peaceful and relaxing We were charged different prices on three ocassions at the bar for the same drinks. The bins in our room were emptied but the rubbish left in a bin liner bag on the chair on one ocassion. Had to wait for service at the bar as no one behind the bar. |

Food excellent - Hotel lovely - little pool etc great. Hotel was nice and staff helpfull - however, still waiting for the orange juice ordered twice at Sunday breakfast. |

The staff are really friendly. The chef you have is excellent. The spa facilities gym and pool are also good.Last but not least the distance from tenby beach and twon centre is only a short walk (although uphill) good excercise. I wouldnt say didnt like because there wasnt anything. The only improvement would be to be able to have the bar food available in the restaurant. |

Ambience, tranquil, good food, service No sky tv! My husband noted 3 men left the bar early in search of a pub with sky -leaving their meals unfinished .... do not underestimate the power of football, even when people are on holidays/business. Opportunity to sell drinks/ food was lost because of it. |

We were staying "out of season". The hotel was clean, comfortable and the use of the pool, sauna and wifi were inclusive. The spa facillites were new clean and very pleansant. The staff were, on the whole pleasant. The breakfast choice was comprehensive and in the main cooked well. Breakfast service was slow and everything had to be ordered. One had to ask for everything. There was a choice of how eggs were cooked with each dish and the serving staff seldom asked how you wanted your eggs cooked. We had dinner in the restaurant only once, there was a good choice on the menu but even with the few dinners that evening some items ran out. |

The room was nice, and could see that it would be a pleasant place to stay in the summer. The "spa" was pretty poor, I don't really know how they can call it a spa when hardly any of the gym equipment worked (half was broken), and ir was small and shabby. The pool was quite unclean and the jacuzzi didnt look very inviting at all. Overall thought it was very overpriced for the facilities at the hotel. Not worth £140 a night. |

Friendley staff, excellent food, room was very clean with very good facilities ie: flat screen tv on wall. Spa facilities excellent. Spa was closed for 1 day, & car park was being resurfaced. We feel we should have been advised of this by hotel prior to stay, as these jobs would have been pre booked with contractors |
