Heywood Mount  

I and my wife spent 3 fantastic nights at Heywood Mount recently everything was fantastic the food in the Restaurants and Waiting staff were AA++ the front of house staff from Receptionists through to Cleaners were some of the most attentive but not in your face so to speak the Spa facilities were excellent the location of the Hotel was fabulous and probably this in itself was one of its greatest assets as all tourist attractions were easily accessible no matter which direction you were heading the hotel was quiet in regards to the room location from Bar and Restaurant areas all in all we had a fabulous weekend and would have no hesitation staying here in the future or recommending it to any of our friends and family thank you to all the staff best regards Nigel and Elena from Swansea

Unfortunatly one night not enough hot water for us both to have a shower.only fault we had and did not put us off at all

TV didn't work in room so had to move rooms late at night. Spa wasn't very clean- there was scum on the jacuzzi. No locker keys in men's, no loo roll in toilet, sun bed institute that wasn't usable due to the wrong tubes? The hotel is in need of modernisation as very dated.

staff were great pool and sauna were very good food and service were exellent the room was clean warm and comfortable overall our stay was made enjoyable

Spa - poor and cold, TV didn't work properly in room and "nothing could be done until tomorrow"! Room was a bit dated and noisy with air con and pipes all night

The meals were excellent, the staff very helpful and friendly. Our room/suite was really special with a 4 poster bed and juccuzzi bath. We would definately stay there again.

Loved the peace and quiet at this hotel, far enough from the town for peace but close enough to only pay £3 into town by taxi! Booking.com pics do this hotel no justice at all! Beautiful hotel and very professional staff!

lovely hotel, 15 mins walk in to tenby,hotel situated in very nice area with pleasant grounds and gardens,woul deffinitely like to visit again.

Carol in reception is outstanding.She delivers the right amount of attention to detail without going over the top.She is a credit to herself and her hotel

Friendly staff, I liked the tour around the hotel when we first arrived. The food isn't fine dining but it is better than pub grub. Reasonable price for Tenby.

Ultra picky...the heating was difficult to get right had to call reception and the staff were there straight away, the pool is small and the changing rooms small and not private.
