Pleasent stay nice room, could do with freshening up though. Lovely spa very relaxing. Food was very good. A facility should be provided in changing rooms for used towels, they were left in the reception area which looked very unsightly andthey were there for a few days during our stay.

Friendly polite staff and comfortable surroundings. Rooms were of a very good standard. Overall good value for money and better than other hotels in the locality I would have preferred a buffett breakfast rather tahn just being served it. Having said that breakfast was very nice.

Excellent location,secure parking, very polite and courteous staff from the receceptionist to the waitress to the bar staff (man utd fan but no one is perfect lol) Rooms were upto a very high standard. Food was superb and definetily recommend booking the dinner with b and b for £20pp. A very enjoyable experience/short break and I would have no doubts in gonig back there again. I went at a quiet time out of season in Mid October and managed to get a cheap upgrade to the 4 poster bed with double jacuzzi. Tenby itself is a beautiful part of wales to visit and the location of this hotel is about 20minutes from the beach front which was a nice walk.

Pleasant staff, bar food very nice and situated within walking distance of tenby. Large room, plenty of storage room and nice shower. Not too keen on shower curtain in bathroom it tended to stick to oneself, and could have been a little cleaner

Restuarant was absolutely fabulous and you really couldn't fault the food. Large rooms with excellent comfort. None of the lockers worked in the changing areas which seemed such a stupid little thing considering what a fabulous hotel it was. But this was literally the only fault that could be found.

The pleasant manner of the staff. We were very pleased to be on the ground floor even tho' we hadn't requested this. There was a good variety of enjoyable food. We would have liked an easy chair in our room.

A previous visitor commented on your web site that this hotel was "tired" - well the owners have certainly put that right.Both my wife and I thought the facility to be excellent in every way. Congratulations to the team who were also catering for the Iron Man of Wales competitors and spectators during our stay.

The facilities were very good, there was a private patio area outside the room which was a lovely suntrap and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast service seemed rather formal,full waiter service! But the breakfast was very good.

Great rooms American size beds,friendly efficient staff.Good facilities well kept.Plenty of space ,rooms with balcony or patio. Food is exceptional,local meat and fish of the best quality,well prepared and presented.Good quality wines,no need to go anywhere else for top class food,wine and service.
