Heywood Mount  

The location was near to Tenby town centre & the staff were friendly.

The hotel really isn't 4 stars and we were really disappointed on arrival. We had to swap rooms because the shower was broken, you had tried to fix it with sellotape perviously and failed (room 210). You really should inform guests when booking or on arrival if there is a wedding. This means we were unable to use the restaurant & bar which would have been acceptable if we had been previously informed. The cold breakfast choice is good but should be laid out for guests to help themself. The executive rooms are generally of poor quality. Markings on the walls, broken shower, broken bath panel (room 207) and both rooms with toilets which do not flush properly.

The food and staff were very good, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend and will be staying there again in the future

Heywood Mount was a lovely clean Hotel with very friendly staff! We only had breakfast as far as food was concerned but that was great and the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again without hesitation!

Total relaxed atmosphere, up grade to executive suite at no extra cost, the genuine professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. Excellent food, beautiful room and the leisure facilities

Excellent location,secure parking, very polite and courteous staff from the receceptionist to the waitress to the bar staff (man utd fan but no one is perfect lol) Rooms were upto a very high standard. Food was superb and definetily recommend booking the dinner with b and b for £20pp. A very enjoyable experience/short break and I would have no doubts in gonig back there again. I went at a quiet time out of season in Mid October and managed to get a cheap upgrade to the 4 poster bed with double jacuzzi. Tenby itself is a beautiful part of wales to visit and the location of this hotel is about 20minutes from the beach front which was a nice walk.

Only stayed for one night ,wish it was longer,will visit again.Room was lovely,very comfortable,food and service was first class,very enjoyable stay.

A previous visitor commented on your web site that this hotel was "tired" - well the owners have certainly put that right.Both my wife and I thought the facility to be excellent in every way. Congratulations to the team who were also catering for the Iron Man of Wales competitors and spectators during our stay.

Great rooms American size beds,friendly efficient staff.Good facilities well kept.Plenty of space ,rooms with balcony or patio. Food is exceptional,local meat and fish of the best quality,well prepared and presented.Good quality wines,no need to go anywhere else for top class food,wine and service.

Friendly reception staff, comfortable bed, quiet, good location ie didn't need to use car.

Pool rather small, bathroom needed an upgrade

We were upgraded and only spent one evening in our room so could not enjoy all the facilities on offer. The room wasw very nice
