It was lovely with friendly staff ,lovely rooms really enjoyable.
Everything a traveller would like to enjoy in accommodation, frieindliness and comfort
Warm and friendly reception. All staff helpful. Lovely room, spacious, clean with small balcony. Air con/heating excellent. Great breakfast and evening meal. Peaceful part of Tenby. Plenty car parking space.
Wifi poor. Swimming pool cold, perhaps due to work going on. Also smaller than expected. Improvements to hotel should result in a really first class facility. Slightly difficult to find hotel, mainly due to poor road signage.
The hospitality of the staff. The food served in the restaurant. The gym/sauna/pool. The location, perfect if you wanted to go into Tenby not too far to walk, really cheap to get a taxi.
the service was excellent in every area of the Hotel. The restaurant was very good.
We stayed in the William Allen room,4 poster bed, jacuzzi bath,TV,CD player plus fridge freezer with a small balcony room was very peaceful staff were very friendly (Janie was stand out for us) food was excellent and reasonably priced would definitely stay again! Lovely 1st anniversary stay
No complaints at all
Pleasant staff, warm, comfy rooms.
The twin classic we booked was a large king size bed and a small put up bed so not ideal.
Very nice hotel good staff and customer service would highly recommend
Friendly, always smile on face, lindsey (reception staff) show us around hotel brilliant! Breakfast lady staff (beautiful style hair but unfortunately didn't get her name) offer tea or coffee & taking order food is lovely! Very excellent service!! Everyone smile & service is very excellent Nearby taxi cost 3-4 pounds honest in summer won't need as easy walk distance & it cold term we took car easy get around as it small town.
Wifi is poor would be nice to see this improve on my return in future as couldnt see film on tablet (Ipad)
The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The presentation, choice and quality if the breakfast was excellent. I will definately stay here again.
Can not think of a negative
Very relaxing stay, staff and owners very friendly, food excellent. Recommended for a getaway from it all break. Good luck to the new owners and look forward to returning soon.
The hotel is place in a quite part of Tenby and is not too far from the city centre. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a nice time in this hotel and we will recommend to anyone who visit Tenby to stay at Heywood Mount.
Breakfast was really lovely - well cooked and beautifully presented. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and modern.
Photos led me to think this was on the seafront but it's actually quite a walk. Undergoing refurbishment and communal areas certainly need this as rather dated. Dinner was OK but nowhere near as good as breakfast.
We have to say our stay was excellent the staff were so friendly the facilities were excellent the food was plentiful and a lovely touch from the staff was a birthday card for my wife. we would definitely recommend this lovely hotel
Staff very helpful Food excellent Room spacious ( we had one with a balcony ) Walking distance of Tenby Nice bar
Staff were very friendly and helpful food excellent
The staff were very polite and helpful
The rooms were still waiting for refurbishment, work is on going and once finished should be a excellent hotel.
The location was perfect for our needs, a 10 minute walk into Tenby. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities were a great way to relax. Both breakfast and evening meals were good quality and plenty of choice.
The changing facilities for the leisure areas were tired and in need of care & attention. I understand the hotel is upgrading the general décor and facilities as we speak.
Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner & convenient location for my work.
Cleanliness of room was poor. Dust in corners of room near bed, dust on 2nd shelf of bedside tables. Dirty stained cover on bed which I asked to be changed and was ignored. Air con unable to heat cold room, shower needed replacement parts. I accept its under new managment but still.
Food was excellent
Rooms cold. Building work being carried out. Water not hot enough.
Difficult road on leaving car park
did nt know it was in the middle of refurbishment
The friendliness of the staff and willingness to help. The food was excellent.
While the food was excellent, the menu was the same for every night. As we were booked to eat there for all of our stay we found this rather limiting.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was small but comfortable and clean. There was an excellent choice for breakfast catering for all tastes which was served from 8 until 10am. Great friendly hotel which we will return to
Wifi signal was weak
