n/a Building and construction site, poor refurbishment job...only one lift (which is designed for diasble access) to whole hotel, once on the upper floor there are still hi steps to conquer which was difficult with heavy luggage, goodness knows how a wheelchair would accomplish them. Reception staff were most unprofessional bickering about their own little problems whilst customers waiting to be served.and unwelcoming. |

I did enjoy my stay in hotel.lovely food,breakfast top class,plenty of choice.also dinner very nice Yes the bed was not comfortable,also going to your room you had to go through this conference area and when checking out there was alot of people around this area and very hard to make your way with cases.BED Too SOFT,did not stay for second nite because of the bed |

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room service & breakfast was very tasty, very quick, and the staff members who brought it to my room, and in the breakfast room were very polite & lovely the receptionist was a little brash and appeared distracted. The layout of the hotel was very confusing and not clearly marked! Especially frustrating when I got to my room and the key hadn't been activated so had to work my way back again |

The door key sytems was user friendly. Housemaids were friendly and efficient. Restaurant was understaffed and food was a litle pricey. Menu was ok but outcome not impressive. |

The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus, as advertised, is not all as it seems. The hotel were very reluctant to give me any information regarding this service. The reception staff, on check in only, were not as helpful as I have experienced in other Holiday Inn's. |

Staff did not seem to know anything about my reservation on arrival. Not friendly receptionist and then mixed up our room. Somone tried to get into our room later on in the evening. |

Warm comfortable room! It was further way from the airport and NEC than expected. There was a private wedding taking place and meant it was difficult to get the service one would expect - we did not buy lunch as there was nowhere to sit as the wedding guests used every spare seat and space! Not what I expected after along journey |

Very convenient for NEC and at a bargain rate. Staff were very courteous and helpful Hotel offered a shuttle bus to NEC which was wonderful but did not offer a return journey from NEC to hotel. |
