The transfer bus The hotel was a building site, very dark outside and a little indimidating arriving in the evening. Didn't particularly like the welcome - a stand in receptionist on his mobile phone! |

Convenient and airport shuttle good, meals and bar prices good, service good, catered for disabled.Liked the "have you forgotten anything" service as I had forgotten an emergency mending kit and it reminded me. |

Excellent location allowing good access to surrounding amenities. On site facilities were also very good. Cleaners entered room after one knock and then immediately walking straight in at around 8:30am. I was not happy about this. |

The information on your website that the hotel was 0.8km from the airport is wrong/misleading. I expected taht I could walk from the terminals. As it was late and raining I took a Taxi, this made your Hotel more expensive than those 300m from the airport ! |

The prices of food and drink was redicularse. How can you justify £20.20 for two pints of larger and two White wines? Parking facilities were trible also having to walk a great distance with luggage in the rain. We thought the rooms were small for the price they cost. |

Yes.There was no record of my reservation and was told there were no rooms available but when i showed that the number i booked on was the direct hotel number a room suddenly became available but not what i had booked. We filled in a questionaire and stated that there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We handed the form in before we went out for the evening but nothing was said or done.Expected better. |

The housekeeping stafff were extremely helpful and provided assistance when requested. I am aware that the renovations will be complete soon however if would have been extremely helpful when booking if I was informed of the noise, disruption etc at the time. Not all customers have the time to read reviews etc at time of booking |

The room var comfortable and nice We arrived 11 p.m. and had to chance rooms twice. First they didn't give us a twin room and ordered, then we got a twin room, that was not cleaned and thirdly we had a twin room nearly and hour after we arrives. Because of rebuilding it was difficult to get from tha different rooms to the reception - very bad indeed! |

friendly personal. Food in restaurant was good for UK standards. Room was not really clean. There was a bad smell of tobacco smoke. There was no view because of reconstruction work going on. |

The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the pillows less so, even though they were heavily advertised as being great. Breakfast very good indeed, though scrambled eggs a little strange in their consistency. Late night check in was a little disgruntled; staff member tired. A great deal of work going on around the hotel, but noise was minimised and there was little inconvenience experienced. |

On booking hotel we were not informed that the hotel is under refurbishment and major restructuring. The whole place was a building site. No internet access or printing service in hotel. |

n/a Building and construction site, poor refurbishment job...only one lift (which is designed for diasble access) to whole hotel, once on the upper floor there are still hi steps to conquer which was difficult with heavy luggage, goodness knows how a wheelchair would accomplish them. Reception staff were most unprofessional bickering about their own little problems whilst customers waiting to be served.and unwelcoming. |
