Rooms clean and designed well for short trips all facilities you could wish for and in an ideal location with plenty around to do but not in the city centre and therefore not noisy at night. Nothing that springs to mind. Ticked all the right boxes for me! |

Economical, clean, continental breakfast good, staff very helpful from Management to Chambermaids. Fridge with snacks great idea. We stayed 3 nights and was annoyed when at 1.30am I discovered there was no sugar. Just a little thing - but should be checked daily. Didnt call reception - too late - but did miss my sugar in my tea!!! Cleaning staff very very helpful when I requested towels etc and friendly |

We liked that the hotel was in easy reach for Edinburgh. The bonus was that Ocean Terminal is opposite the hotel. The only thing wrong was the breakfast. There wasn't a big enough selection. |

We were impressed with the efficient use of space both in the common areas of the hotel and the guest room. Nothing was luxurious but everything was very adequate. The self-service breakfast included with the hotel rate featured a variety of good food choices. Parking was free and bus service into the city was just outside the door. Nothing remarkable. This facility appears well used to almost tired but the room did seem clean. |

The hotel staff were very accommodating, All efforts were exerted to make us feel comfortable. They gave us extra pillows as requested by my son. They helped us in booking for the Loch Ness Tour, which is the main reason why we went to Scotland. The room was quite small. |

The staff within the restuarant section were extremely good and friendly at breakfast. The hotel is very well situated for ease of travel between the hotel and city centre sights and shops. The car stayed parked! A small group of residents used the lounge to eat their "carry outs. |

Location was perfect for my requirements, staff ordered taxi for me which arrived on time and I was impressed by the reception staff. I did not know (my fault) that the breakfast was purely continental, I do not think I will return (to a HL Express version) as I like a cooked breakfast. |

Fantastic location, not far from shops/eating out and the city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Although we did get one from the housekeeping staff, an iron in each room would be very useful!! Breakfast...Your bread was rock hard! Thats it really! |

I liked the fact that it was near the attraction we wanted to visit and that it had parking and that it offered breakfast. It was a bit cold and it did take a while to get into the city centre |

Pleasant and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable and meet our needs. Excellent location with superb access to eating, shopping and travel throughout city. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Clean and well furnished throughout. Good value for money. Teapots at breakfast time would be great for those of us who enjoy several cups of tea! |
