Holiday Inn Express London Victoria  

The location was good, even with children an easy walk from Victoria. I had phoned prior to visit to enquire about leaving a case and about non- feather bedding and spoke to a helpful member of staff. We arrived before the check in time and the room was available so we could leave our case. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. The television was modern and good, and it is always nice to have tea making facilities. Although bathroom basic the shower had excellent power.

In general the room was okay but it looked and felt tired and tatty compared to the photos. I usually stay at the Premier Inn but it was full. Your hotel is more expensive and far less smart. It felt like a budget room but definately not budget price. If the price was lower or the room felt newer and a more comfortable I would be perfectly happy. As it is I would not plan to stay again or recommend the hotel as I have experienced much better value at some of your competitors.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The location was excellent for our purpose of watching the fireworks in London on New Years eve and being able to walk back to the hotel.

I stayed with my family on May 2011 and the rooms were enough clear, also considering that the bathroom was in.The breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind and polite. The hotel is placed near to Victoria Station, therefore it's interesting for whom wants to visit the city.

отдыхали с мужем без детей в феврале 2012 года. отель понравился месторасположением, недалеко от станции пимлико и достопримечательностей центрального лондона: букенгемский дворец, трафальгарская площадь, национальная галерея, музей виктории и альберта, музей естествознания, науки, магазин харродс и др. полноценный завтрак на выбор.

номер маленький, интернет бесплатный только полчаса, постель не меняли в течении 6 дней. номера требуют обновления (мебель, сантехника подуставшие). нет холодильника.

Principalmente su ubicacion y que es bastante moderno en su interior.

Quizas es que pedimos una familiar para dos adultos y dos niños y nos dieron una cama de matrimonio de 1,35 y un sofa cama. En una habitacion habilitada para minusvalidos,y el baño resultaba tremendamente incomodo se salia el agua de la ducha por todo el baño ,el lavabo era bajo.etc. Pero bueno el resto estaba bastante bien.

Accueil en arrivant. La proximité des transports en commun : bus et métro. Rue tranquille.

L'exiguïté de la chambre. Le bas de la fenêtre à 2,50 mètre de hauteur. Petit déjeuner très décevant : peu de choix et mauvaise qualité des produits.

Bien situado, cerca de las estaciones de metro de Victoria y Pimlico, de varias lineas de autobuses, entre ellas la 24 que te deja en Trafalgar y Picadilly Cirucus, y si te apetece andar a 30' se encuentra Westminster. Centro comercial cerca y varios restaurantes y pubs.

Desayuno normal. No tiene aire acondicionado y la última planta es muy calurosa.

Hotel rooms are tiny and shabby. For the money you pay, this just isn't worth it.

La posizione è ottma, vicinissima alla metropolitana e a quindici minuti a piedi dai luoghi di maggiore interesse.
