Location was ok for what we needed. The room was tiny and not at all comfortable. It was extremely hot as on the top floor - 5th, even with windows wide open it was unbearable. The noise was intolerable as by the lift and stairs and also noise of planes constantly. The bed was so small we could hardly fit. Breakfast was so busy we could not get a table at first and eveything had run out and very poor selection - we never even stopped on second day for breakfast. Finally hotel authorised my debit card twice so funds were showing twice in my account and I now have to wait 7 days for visa to release. There are definately better hotels in London. This is not 3 star in my opinion more like 2. I am very disappointed as usually Holiday Inns are very good. Very expensive and not worth the money.

The staff were extremely pleasant, for example they offered me a towel to dry my hair at Reception having been soaked in a sudden rainstorm. The hotel was an ideal budget hotel and very clean. The complete self-service at breakfast including setting your own table with cutlery.

Close to underground and mainline station Quality of food at breakfast was very mixed. Overall I would rate food as poor. Front rooms are noisy because of the road. The other problem was double bed syndrome ie it falls in to the centre.

Breakfast. R.oom was warm and clean and quite adequate for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room we were allocated smelt strongly of cigarette smoke however the staff changed our room immediately and the new room did not smell of cigarettes. Would have prefered not to have had a basement room

Room was fine. It was clean. Location good. Breakfast was awful. We went at 10am and everything was gone. Apart from a bit of toast and cold scrambled egg. Breakfast was meant to be till half 10. Worst breakfast ive ever had in a hotel. Complained and they took £10 off the bill. Also they reserved my money for the room and then took it again. Im still trying to get the reserved money back. Was told it would take a week. Really not happy.

La limpieza buena y el personal amable. Habitación acogedora y cómoda. Muy cerca de Victoria Station y céntrico. Según a la hora que bajes a desayunar, puedes encontrar que no hay mesas y tienes que esperar un poco. Nada importante en mi caso.

La situation géographique , la rue très agréable, typique et plaisante .Près de Victoria station : de la station métro Pimlico La réception et l'accueil, la propreté Aucune brochure en français ; si vous ne parlez pas anglais vous êtes perdus car personne ne fait l'effort de parler une autre langue !!! Chauvinisme anglais Chambre un peu trop petite pas de place pour la chaise du bureau de la chambre 302 et la fenêtre n'est pas isolée du bruit , mais la chambre est agréable pour les moins de 80 kgs ,pas plus !! demandez une chambre côté cour !!!!

Molto centrale. Ho chiesto di cambiare la camera il primo giorno e ci hanno accontentato. Personale molto cortese. La doccia non ha funzionato bene perchè al massimo della gradazione, aveva sbalzi tra freddo e caldo. La colazione un pò carente.

Hotel propre et bien entrenu. Accueil sympathique, personnel aimable et tres souriant. Situation geographique parfaite, quartier tres calme aux maisons blanches typiques et le plus...à 10Mn du château et des parcs royaux. Mobilier desuet mais sans importance.

I like the Location. Near by a Tube statiton, and bus Stop. 10 minuts walking to Victòria estation. Room are little, but very confortable. Hotel Staff very good. Breakfast ok. Maybe the price, but all was very good!!
