Accomodations, excellent service and superb breakfast.. Sooooo friendly-----Robert and ruth anne Mcleod from Canada
ALL was good !!!!
Chris was a very friendly host who readily assisted us with suggestions on where to go & what to visit. We had a comfortable room with a very clean ensuite attached. Our breakfasts were varied & tasty. There was plenty of parking available for our car.
Our sleep was disturbed at times by other guests moving along the passage late at night.
Location within walking distance of town, room clean and with all necessary amenities; breakfast excellent; owners very helpful; very good value for price paid
Friendless of staff, excellent breakfast
excellent value for money lovely breakfast good position for the coast
The shower did not deliver sufficient water to wash adequately
The owners were conscientious and attentive and displayed environmental awareness which I appreciated. I liked the options for breakfast.
I had to ask for water so I think a jug of water next to the juice would be good.
I liked the fact that the guest house was easy to find, I was greeted by Chris who was very helpful and friendly and showed me to our family room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the tv and the wifi all worked fine. The breakfast that we had was delicious and Sheri was lovely and seemed genuinely interested in our stay, my 2 year old little boy was very well catered for. I would highly recommend staying here, great value for money and genuine lovely people.
The only issue I had during our stay was that the shower in our room broke, however there was a communal shower room that was right outside our room, so was all ok due to this additional bathroom. To be honest everything else was so lovely this was a little blip and I got to wash my hair in the end!!!
Comfy bed, excellent breakfast.
Warm and dry on a cold rainy night. The young waiters were OK.
Location, atmosphere, feel. Lack of care, interest, cleanliness, decor, presentation.
I would gladly stay again, yes the decor is dated but then if it was more modern everyone would complain about the rates, the shower took a while to get the hang of, never been a fan of mixer taps but overall these are minor things. The staff were attentive, welcoming and polite. Would have liked yoghurt as an option at breakfast, but that's personal preference. Would return again and recommend to others. Real home to home environment .
The owners are very sweet, ready to help and explain you everything around, give some advice on travelling. It's a family owned place. Breakfast freshly done in the morning (eggs, bacon, etc) - whatever you would like to order from the menu. Charming common room with board games, fireplace, and sofas.
Small parking place, we had to drive a bit further to park.
Good breakfast Good size rooms Good value for money
Quite a number of cobwebs around room and ensuite bathroom.
staff very friendly good location nice breakfast a good experience all round
very good english breakfast
Staff very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Much appreciated the earlier breakfast, outside of usual time so that we could have breakfast before our excursion. Also with so much luggage, thank you for the room without stairs and the fridge for the little one's milk. Thank you also for carrying our bags to the train station. Very much appreciated.
Very nice hosts, tasty English breakfast, comfortable guest house. Thank you for everything, especially very good breakfast, room update and support with my walking tours!
Everything apart from the noise in the morning.
Being woken up at 5.30 in the morning by people walking in room above, and also the noisy central heating system. It sounded as if there was a drip somewhere.
A lovely homely place to stay. Very relaxing and owners very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend it to others.
Very friendly and attentive staff, nice relaxed atmosphere and great breakfast
The staff were very accommodating
Lovely hosts and a fabulous breakfast - coffee is as good as it gets!!
The lighting in the room was of the low voltage type hence poor but this is a minor gripe.
The location was good. To connect with various parts of Wales and to sight see.was a bonus.
Appearance of the owners who didn't look smart or professional. The dog was not mentioned in the literature. The property needs a refurb' and needs bringing up to date, as does the decking in the garden which is unsafe. Sorry.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice since freshly made. Room ok for the money.
Decor really dated. No water pressure in shower.
