Location is good, has everything travelers need: microwave, oven, Sony tv, and even washer machine.

No elevator!! WiFi signal is extremely weak.

The apartment was spacious, clean and provided all the facilities we needed for our stay. It is in a great location for visiting the sites and shopping.

The outside courtyard was dirty with the chairs and table covered in bird poo. Can't really do anything about the birds so it would be an idea to remove the table and chairs.

- the space/room to host friends and family, something rare in most 3/4 star hotels which have small rooms and tiny en suit bathrooms. -self catering becomes essential, when travelling with children and restaurants and pubs don't serve food after 10pm.

We arrived to find that High Street Apartments were no longer available so was relocated to Hogwarth Road... These were clean, modern and well equipped. Sofa bed could do with extra sheet but apart from that was very nice. Good value for money. Earls court tube couple of mins away.

Next to tube line so quite noisy.

We really liked the size of the unit and the kitchen was great including the washing machine. The location of the unit was excellent as it was opposite Hyde Park and only a few minutes walk to High Street Kensington Metro. You won't be disappointed with these apartments.

How could you not like this place. We had a great time.

the view from our window... and no lift?

I stayed here twice in October 2012. The location is South Kensington was nice with Hyde Park right across the street. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised the first day when I returned my room had been cleaned and the dishes were done. What a treat :) The Manager Abed was fantastic helping me with an extra nights stay as I was scheduled to leave the day of Hurricane Sandy. The wifi is free but not super reliable. The kitchen was good, I think they are in the middle of upgrades because the cabinets were all brand new but the counter was is mid repair. By the quality of the cabinets I think the new counter will be quite nice. There is a Whole Foods very close by as well as a Tesco. There are no food or beverages supplied so shop first. The linens were fresh and the bed was very comfortable. There were toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of towels. There was a safe and a first aid kit in the closet. Some rooms have a Balcony. There is no lift but the stairs are wide and safe. For the price this was an excellent place to stay.

Price, location, flexibility.

Funny layout, dreadful sofa. No tea/coffee/salt/pepper, all usually found in apartments....

the apt. was fine. It worked well for for 3 adults (fold-out couch for young 21 yr. old). Beds were comfortable. Adequate amenities - for making coffee, tea, etc. Fridge worked well. Heat worked well.

No lift! And the apt we were in was up dozens of stairs. You need to be in pretty good shape to climb them!! But stairs are carpeted and hall is nice, except light is on timer and you may have to hit the switch again on your way up (there's a switch on every floor - but not easy to find in dark. Have a mini flashlight on your key chain?) The attendant is friendly enough but is out of sight & out of touch after 8pm or so. This is a nice apt. bldg. in a nice area of London next to Hyde Park, but having converted some rooms to "hotel" rooms doesn't seem to be their top priority. Just be aware of that when you arrive - there is no sign, but the listed address IS correct, although you may have to call the guy on the phone to get in.

Great location in Kensington, near shops and tube station.

On first appearance, apartment looked okay but on closer inspection found several things wrong - kettle only worked if you kept your finger on the button whilst it was boiling, worktop in kitchen needs to be replaced, loose tile in bathroom, shower leaked and was sometimes very difficult to regulate the temperature of the water. Tv - only Channel 2 worked! Basically in need of some general maintenance and a lick of paint as the apartment was certainly showing signs of wear and tear. Also very noisy all night long as close to main road, okay for our stay of 2 nights but I would not have wanted to have stayed any longer.

The location is excellent: the area is very pretty and there are lots of shops and cafes. And you are just next to Kensington Gardens. The appartment has everything you need: kettle, pans, pots, glasses, cups, towels, sheets, pillows. We felt very welcome by Abid and he was extremely helpful.

The sofa bed is extremely unconfortable, only 2 days we had the room cleaned and it takes a while to understand how the shower works. When I booked I was told I had to call the appartments (I would have been fine without doing it), instructions confusing.

Good location, just a stones throw from Hyda Park and High St Sth Kensington.

Poor standard of maintenance. The shower was abysmal.

The location was brilliant and the guy did try and help but I think he was a in over his head.

I understand you pay for what you get (it was cheap) and conveniently located.... But I had no towels for 3 days, the internet barely worked, the flights of stairs were impossible (being alone with 3 kids and loads of luggage was horrible, although he did bring my luggage up the first day) and everything fell apart (the lock on the door, the shower door, the toilet overfloaded and the list goes on)....

Excellent location

Dark dingy basement flat, entrance fulled with furniture covered with a Persian rug. Stank of cats urine, inside damp on ceiling, shower door falling off and shower hopeless!!

Location was great but there is substantial mold in bathroom which is a health hazard. The shower temp could not be altered and was scalding hot. Mattress was awful. Otherwise the apartment was satisfactory.

With delays at Heathrow, the staff was able to accomodate our late arrival at 12:30 am with a couple of calls with updates on our progress into the city. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The location was great for easy access to the tube and bus lines for cross city travel. Accomodations were comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. For American travelers, I would equate it with a standard beach house, but certainly beats paying hotel prices for an extended stay.

The clothes washing machine would not function. We were able to rinse clothing, but the spin and drying cycle did not work. Clothes came out still very damp. The coin operated machine downstairs was full of laundry powder. After cleaning it out, it still took 3 or more cycles to get a load of laundry dry. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable, especially for two people.

Very good location and price. Also a good view of the park from the window. There is a well-equipped kitchen, with heater,pans, bowls and microwave.

A little noisy if sleep in a room facing the road.

Everything was great except there were no lifts so it was quite difficult to bring our luggages up our room on the 2nd floor. We enjoyed cooking and eating at the lower floor kitchen in our apartment. The location was great with easy access to groceries, supermarkets and tourist sites. Riding the cab to go around was cheaper than riding the tube being in the center of everything. We will definitely go back. Thanks to Abid also who was very nice to us.

Excellent location and the accomodation for four adults was very comfortable. Excellent facilities but needed some attention to general maintenance. A great apartment close to all the essential requirements when travelling.

Needs some general maintenance

It was directly across from Hyde Park and bus stops, a block away from restaurants and shopping, and a reasonable walk to the Kensington/High tube station. The floor plan and facilities worked well for a family with two older kids.

There was no accommodation for a family coming in early in the morning from the US--we were told there was a luggage room, but there was no one there and we had no where to put luggage for several hours. We had just one bath towel with three smaller towels for four people for four days. We asked the manager there twice for additional towels, only to be ignored. We also ran out of toilet paper. So, be prepared to bring or buy towels and toilet paper. There were minor problems such as the Television didn't work without him re-programming it, a shower drain that was slow and forced us to take quick showers, a lamp with no bulb, and a buzzing noise that persisted in the hallway.
