We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served promptly. The room was excellent, up-to-date and spotless. |

Everyone was very friendly, and I felt very at home. The room we stayed in was great! very clean and modern and I really felt the owners had a great pride in their establishment! |

Vanessa and Simon couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The attention to detail is second to none - the refurbishment of the room that we stayed in was outstanding with an excellent en suite shower and enormous bed. Breakfast was fantastic all freshly cooked to order. Nothing although the half hour window for breakfast 8.30 to 9 am was quite early as we both work extremely long hours and were looking forward to a chilled relaxing weekend. |

The owners were very friendly and helpfull, we were too early to book in but they let us leave the car on the car park and gave us a key so we could let ourselves in when we came back from the town. |

Run by a young family who's ethos seems to be give the guests the holiday that they themselves would enjoy. My wife and I stayed at Highcliffe for a week and would thoroughly recomend the guesthouse as clean, comfortable, family friendly, with great breakfasts and friendly staff. |

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We liked the wonderful big bed. Good and rich breakfast. Ca. 20 min. walk to the town. We really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended. |

'Everything, I wish it was my house, it's gorgeous. The staff bent over backwards even making us tea and coffee when we arrived with little nibbles and the breakfast was really well cooked and fresh and the dining room is so contemporary and light. |

The friendliness of the owners and there willingness to help the guests in any way possible. The entire guest house has been redecorated in the last year since the current owners bought it and I think they have done a fabulous job. The location is good as it sets on the A-39 only two blocks from the beach front and is a stones through from the Falmouth Town rail station. It has 8 rooms plus the owners live on site, but there are only 6 parking slots. Wasn't a problem when we stayed and the house was full. They have done well to stay with a simple style of decor, but I would have replaced all the windows also for the thermal and noise barriers. |

The cleanliness and cheerfulness of the hotel and its owners, and the style of the building and decorations. They had a problem (temporary) with the hot water on the second day I was there. |
