This delightful farmhouse rests in quiet farmland close to the motorway network, an ideal location for Hams Hall, the NEC and famous Belfry golf course. Managed by owners David and Janet Petch, and now firmly established in Curdworth Sutton Coldfield as an oasis of comfort, this is a traditional styled guest house. Highfield Farm facilities include a guest lounge with digital and Sky TV, a games room with full sized snooker table and an outdoor swimming pool (summer use only). There are several 1st class golf courses nearby. Curdworth village has 2 inn style restaurants. The hotel is strictly non-smoking. Great B & B. very friendly. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable room. The owner was happy to provide an early breakfast (7am) Sunday morning for an early start at the nearby Belfry Golf Club.

We booked one night in order to visit the nec and stayed an extra night. Very comfotable and peaceful nights sleep. Nice breakfast. We were made very welcome and would certainly stay again if in the area. Just over 7 miles to tje nec.

Clean Friendly The Mattresses were very poor quality. They are the cheapest ones you can purchase. I know this as I sell furniture. Electric shower not good

The owner is an absolute gem, made me sandwiches for the morning as I was leaving before breakfast!!! The cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world, an absolute delight and perfect for the Hams Hall area, literally minutes away! Nothing

Janet the owner was lovely, very approachable and friendly. My friend and i was staying in a twin room which could have been bigger. The bigger twin room was given to another friend we were staying with and she was on her own. But it didn't cause any problems because the beds were lovely and comfortable!!!!!

we loved are stay here and will be back soon. it was near everything we wanted to be near! it was friendly quiet and comfortable and we cud make it as relaxing as we wanted,the room was great not to small and we just felt like at home the breakfast was lovely had to have a full english to start the day with not a bit a grease on it georgous place nice n tranquile!

Highfield Farm was perfectly located for my business trip to the nec, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was superb. Check out the Iocal Indian Restaurant Umami in Lee Marston, wow I'd travel from Kent to experience that food again.
