Having the apartments IN the Town Centre was great because most things are just on your dooestep, but my favourite things were the attention to the personal touches, e.g having tea, sugar and coffee was excellent but someone had even taken the time to even get us some fresh milk! Providing towels, when in actual fact, we hadn't brought any, we would of been in trouble if you hadn't. The little chocolates on the towels were a really sweet gesture. It's the little surprises that make an impact on me, nothing in life is for free, so when people take the time out to make sure that people have what they MIGHT need or want, thats really something. Unfortunately, there were a few little things. There was mould on the grout and silicone in the shower, a bit of bleach would soon clear that up. The springs on the right side of the matress had collapsed so we had to stuff a pillow under so we didn't roll out of bed (we laughed quite a bit about it) and we could of done with there being more blankets and pillows. None of these issues were a problem because the rest of the apartment more than made up for it. |

Our first visit to this apartment was with 2 friends. We found the apartment gave us plenty of private space as well as good living, cooking and eating accommodation. In fact for the 5 nights we were there we ate in. Marks and Spencer's food department is just up the road and Tesco's is just over the river. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was very warm. Everything is within easy reach in the town, with the rail and bus stations within walking distance. We would certainly like to stay there again providing we had an apartment overlooking the river on the front of the building. The managers were very helpful and queries were dealt with quickly. I spent a long time looking through the rooms on the website and was absolutely convinced that I had booked one that overlooked the river on the front of the building. It was a great disappointment that when we were shown into 405 that it was at the back with only a narrow view of the river. I felt that the discription was misleading. Also as we were there for 5 nights our bed clothes were due to be changed after 4 nights which seemed a rather strange arrangement and in the end we all said not to bother. It would have been helpful to have had some cleaning products and salt and pepper. |

The close proximity to the city centre was amazing, especially with the balcony allowing us to overlook the city centre and the River Ness. All in all, the apartment itself was pretty spectacular, with everything you would need and more for a comfortable stay. I would have liked to have had more info about how to change apartment temperature (far too hot at night) and also how to prolong hot water for two showers (not much to ask) but these are just little things. Overall, excellent apartment - well worth the money considering it is only £20-30 per night more than staying in one of the city centre hotels. One drawback was the noise at night. Not normally suffering from lack of sleep at night, the hot apartment temperature and noise from nearby club kept me up well in to the night. I'm not used to staying so close to a city centre so that may just be a wake-up call!! |

Our needs were completely catered for and the owners offered a truely personable service that could not be faulted. The apartment itself was kept beautifully and offered everything and more than could be required even down too Highland Music and an abundance of local tourist info and maps. |

The location of and the facilities in the apartments are excellent, perfect if you want to have somewhere to relax and do your own thing without the stuffiness of a hotel. Great kitchen facilities too, ideal for self-catering. |

The apartment was very well furnised and conveniently located in central Inverness. Most of the best restaurants are in walking distance. There is a large balcony directly overlooking the river Ness on one side and the castle on the other. Highly recommended. |

The apartment was extremely modern and provided everything that one could possibly need in a self contained environment. You couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that you could hear a lot of outside noise when the windows were open late at night due to the fact that there is a bar underneath the apartments. |
