I would have liked to be warned that there were no shampoos etc provided (but soap was outside the room and not found until the following day).

Very friendly helpful owner and daughters, near to where my meeting was. When problems were evident they bent over backwards to rectify and provide services we should not have had to ask for.

No evening meals and no bar service even though they had the facilities. Details on web need updating, over priced by about £30 per night.

It was homely ... friendly ... the staff were always willing to help ... it was the ideal place to stay for a relaxing time near the lakes. It's not 4 or 5 star but that's not what we wanted ... we felt like part of the family ... welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. It felt like our home. Thank you.

It's hard to think of anything ... it met our expectations.

Matelas inconfortable Pas de rideaux opaques à la fenêtre. Pas de table oú poser son ordinateur. Pas de gel dans les douches.

Spacious room, comfortable atmosphere, friendly attentive staff

Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcome during our stay. Breakfast was lovely.

We were not too sure where best to park. The reception rooms were very cold. However the lounge with the open fire was very cosy. A great shame that this hotel could not cater for evening meals. We would of liked the bar to have been open.

My shower did not work - could not shower!!! Pokey room with peeling wall paper and poor lighting. Hard bed. Pot-holed car park shared with neighbouring garden centre. Generally a very run down, tired feel about the hotel and over priced for what they are offering.
