Hillhead Farm Lets  

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good toilet / shower facilities, tv and wifi - everything you needed to make your stay comfortable.

Reasonable price and good location.

The thing i liked most was the friendly welcome, one thing i think could be helpful are phone numbers for food delivrey services

The room was incredibly spacious, neat and well equipped for such a modest fee (55 gbp for three adults per night) and the location was spot on. Best thing, we wanted to leave early in the morning to go further north, and could do so without disturbing the landlord or doing further paperworks. Since we had already paid upfront, we simply left in the morning by leaving the key in the door. No problems at all. They had also added small touches to make us feel special, such a lots of leaflets to explore Scotland, books and novels to read, tea and coffee maker etc.

Our host, Alisdair, was friendly and gracious about our late arrival. The room was clean and attractive and the beds were very comfortable. After too many nights spent on thin, uncomfortable mattresses this trip, that was appreciated! We had free WiFi access in the room and a good, hot shower. The location was rural (on a working farm complete with mooing cows), but within sight of Bannockburn battlefield and just a short drive away from everything else we wanted to see in Stirling. Given the chance, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

No breakfast, but there were several places to eat nearby and tea/coffee was provided.

My stay at Hillhead Farm was enjoyable. The room was very tidy and quiet, however I was a little stiff when I woke up from the mattress, which wasn't that comfortable....for the price though it can't be beat.

It was clean.

We booked a family suite for 5 but were given a tiny loft room with a double bed and 2 small cots. The ceiling was slanted so we could not stand up straight. We were very disappointed in what was advertised and then what we received. The walls were very thin and we could hear the people downstairs snoring. Very disappointing!!

L'accueil et le calme même si une route assez fréquenté n'est pas loin. Le prix correct

Pas de petit déjeuner, il est possible d'aller de l'autre coté de la route, pour les repas

Es muy cómodo y la calefacción y el agua caliente van sobrados.

Si no tienes coche está muy apartado del centro de la ciudad.

It was supposed to be a room for 4. All we got was a really small room. Apart from the double bed which was fine, the other 2 z beds were not at all comfort. Also, we didn't have any room for our suitcases! We had to step on them! Sorry, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this one. PS. There was no WC brush. Minor but major.

L'accueil du propriétaire a été très chaleureux. Nous avons tous été à l'aise dans nos chambres. Qualité de l'installation de chauffage, salle d'eau simple mais impeccable.

Il vaut mieux avoir un gps pour y accéder, ce qui était notre cas, autrement cela doit être un peu "galère".
