The swimming pool and the lounge bar

The hotel is used by groups of golfers on "jolley boy breaks". Some of these people were vexacious to be around, ie noisy and swearing at breakfast and the tables too close to them. It spoilt the break which was otherwise relaxing.

Spacious nicely decorated an clean rooms. Friendly staff.

We paid 140 pounds during the weekend which really was not worth it. Te hotel exists of an unappealing modern building on a golf course. If you are unlucky to have one of the rooms at the backside of the hotel be guaranteed to have a bad night since the traffic to and from the parking lot will keep you awake. Unfortunately this hotel also seems to attract groups of people who don' t know how to behave and make a lot of noise, drunk, well after midnight. Finally for a hotel at this rate i would expect airco, which is not available.

Excellent value for money. Room was large, clean & nicely decorated.Staff very welcoming & friendly.

Set meal did not offer vegetarian option - had to be requested and was not v good

My wife was very impressed with the young Polish receptionist Katarina (apolgies for the incorrect spelling) as she was extremely helpful. The room service food was very good. The hotel manager was attentive to guests, and the dining room staff were friendly.

Our first room was a little dusty, but the receptionist arranged for another room immediately.

Even though we were told the pitch and putt golf course was temporarily unfit for use we were very well looked after by the staff in the golf shop who provided our son and ourselves with a full set of golf clubs each and free of charge use of the golf course. In fact the experience has given our son a real passion to take up golf as a full time hobby!

For some reason the tissue box in the room was replenished each day with only a handful of tissues stuffed inside of it rather than a complete box which was a bit of a let down considering everything else provided in the room was nicely done.

Excellent golf hotel.

Loved the view from the french windows in our room overlooking the golf course. Room was very spacious, bed lovely. Swimming pool was great. Only had bottled beer/cider as had problem with the gas and couldnt get any draft, worked out very expensive as nearly £4 for half a pint. Breakfast was V.good with a good selection. Overall a very good hotel I would definately stay again and I am quite fussy as I stay away an awful lot with work and am not easily pleased

Only the price of food and drink

A nice place to stay but nothing out of the ordinary. On the same lines as a Holiday Inn/ Best Western

The Hotel was both comfortable and clean, staff were helpful and accomodating. The setting was very nice on the golf course.
