The Gym , swimming pool facilities was very good. Lovely breakfast.Room was clean, tidy and acceptable, maybe on the small side , but only there for the one night. The shower was over the bath and the curtain could have been done with a clean / wash |

The staff were very welcoming and we had a lovely room. We used the leisure facilities which were super. The bed was very comfortable and worth the money for an over night stay. |

The cost of the continental breakfast at over £10 was rather steep having had one the day before with the same choice at less than half the price |

Car Park. Our Bedroom and Services were not worth the value for money. Most worthless and regretable part of our trip to Scotland......Shame. |

Close to the city centre. Very good choice of food at breakfast time. Friendly staff Bar staff didn't seem to understand english! Also, I booked a B & B rate for 3 rooms & my guests were charged extra for their breakfast. Luckily one of them mentioned it to me so we informed the hotel staff who arranged a refund |

Breakfast was good, hotel was quiet. Vastly overpriced room, small uncomfortable beds, room facilities for midgets, no fridge, no safe and no internet for 2 days, at the price charged this was outrageous, I felt truly ripped off, oil show or not. No advantage at all being a Hilton VIP Member. No return for me. |

comfortable and clean hotel and room went to the bar to watch the live football on sky only to find the bar had only small dated tv mounted too high up! the hotel has invested in sky sports and espn so why not get some proper plasma/lcd tv for the bar! |

Its location and accessibility were both good. Lack of communication between staff caused a slight problem, which was remedied. The hotel was a little bit tired in places! |

The breakfast was good. The service was good. The bed was comfortable. The price of £73 for two nights was excellent. The room we stayed in was far too hot. There was no way that we could cool it down (no heaters were on). The full prices are very high. There is no way that we could afford to stay there unless there was a special deal. |

The staff were friendly and after a disagreement with the booking agent the manager upgraded me free of charge. My boyfriend and myself were treated like royalty and I did not want to leave!! The pool was closed whilst we were there, which meant that the sauna and jacuzzi were out of bounds. They offered us use in their other hotel on the other side of town, but we were looking forward to using the facilities in the comfort of where we were staying. |
