Quietly efficient staff. A calm and relaxing atmosphere. First class breakfast interms of quality, quantity and service. Had a twin room which was reasonably comfortable but alittle on the small side.

The Hilton Treetops Aberdeen was very comfortable and the food excellent. We had very elderly parents, who had recently celebrated their Diamond Wedding [60], with us. Their upgrade to a suite gave them a stay to remember. Thank you!

Nice food. Hallway and Lifts were shabby. squeeky floor boards. price of water, all hotels should provide free Potable Water. The bath taps were broken.

Location, staff. I was disappointed for the second time in a row to find my room was low in water pressure for the shower and the sink did not drain properly. I was upgraded on this occasion after my first night and appreciated this however, dissapointed to initially be paying £139/night for the booking (£278 for my 2 nights).

All good for the price we paid and having the leisure facilities was an added bonus. When we got back around midnight on the evening of our stay we required room service. However no one answered the phone on the room service line or the reception, tried several times within an hour. I even tried the emergency line to no avail. Did make me a bit worried as if there had been an emergency there was no one answering the phones to help!!

The hotel was room was clean and warm however the hotel overall was a bit tierd and in need of a facelift. The staff were all very pleasant and courtious and helpful during my stay. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice to suit all tastes. As noted above I felt the hotel was a bit tierd and in need of a facelift. Carpets and wall decorations through the hotel reflected they were in place for a long time

The location of the hotel and the wonderful breakfast. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had for choice. The lack of information that the receptionist gave upon check in. The bed was so hard. The walls are very thin so we could hear the next rooms telly so much we didn't have to put on our own telly. The Bathroom wasn't cleaned out properly from previous guest as there was still a soap and shampoo and shower gel left used in the bathroom. There was no proper heating in the room or bathroom so it was a very cold night on the 1st night we did have a oil filled radiator in the room but this was rather inadequate as it was so cold.

Everything about this hotel was expensive, a bottle of water in the room was £3.95. at £127 a night you would expect a bottle foc. AFter seeing this I walked out to the Nargile restaurant rather than pay inflated prices for my evening meal (recommende the Nargile highly). The single pint I had when I cam back was poor and expensive. Breakfast and lunch was very good. The window in my room was broken and wouldn't close properly and when open hung squint. I needed it open as the temperature in the room even with the heating off was too high, even with window open it was hot. The heating in the stairwell next door was flat out and warmed the area up. The hotel is aging and needs some money spent on it to keep it to a 4 star standard. Staff were helpful but all seemed a bit green.

Breakfast---excellent! Dining staff. Mentioned last time that water pressure in room 204 was not good enough for a shower---no change there, so what I didn't like was that I visited the leisure centre to have my shower!

I found the staff very welcoming and efficient. It was my 30th birthday and friends had organised gifts for me to be in the room and staff had arranged these gifts well and were extremely accomodating when we asked for other resources. Also thought the buffet breakfast was good value for money.Very enjoyable stay.
