Installations Peace and quiet Ability to work and relax
Beds were uncomfortable in the first room, but our complaint was dealt with very quickly and we were moved to another room which was much more comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpfu, its based in beautiful surrounding and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the Concierge and Reception staff who looked after us during our stay. Well done Hilton.
Drinks were a little pricey
Spa facilities were lovely, and the little bits of football history were interesting
The room was a little small but was fine for purpose
location a must for anyone who enjoys football
can not think of anything
The staff were very helpful. Views were great. Bar for residents was open after hours
Football academy hotel, not your usual Hilton.
It was absolutely fantastic. It is my home area and I was returning for my Mum's 90th birthday. It was amazing. I would love to show it to her too sometime as she has lived in the vicinity (Hatton and Hanbury) all her life.
Everything just went like clockwork, from checking in to checking out.Lady in the executive lounge was extremely friendly and had time to chat to my family even though she had work to do.All the staff we came across were so polite and helpful. In fact being a sporty family we will probably be biased about our opinions but we thought we were in paradise. All i can say is keep up the good work.WE WILL BE BACK.
Wi fi was a bit slow seemed to work in some areas of hotel and not others,so found it a bit awkward using mobiles to text and ring.THATS IT
Silly taps in bathroom
Rooms were comfortable and spacious. HD TV with sports was splendid. Traveled with my wife and eleven year old girl and they loved the swimming pool etc. Staff very helpful and friendly. The food was great in the bar.
Only very slight constructive criticism. A couple of the serving staff in the bar were a little sluggish and distant.
Everything, but especially the breakfast
There was nothing to dislike
Style, decor was great. Republic of Fritz Hansen chairs! Staff in restaurant were very helpful and friendly.
Food was certainly not up to scratch, steaks were chewy, chicken was dry. Drinks took a while. Check in reception wasn't friendly on arrival, although I did notice other staff were friendly.
Staff welcomed us with a complimentary drink in the bar as we were very stressed after a nightmare 7 hour journey from the south coast. We enjoyed the pool & spa facilities but missed out on a treatment as they were fully booked. Had lunch in the Crossbar. Great staff, good food nicely presented. Booked and enjoyed the tour around st George's Park. Great stay! Thank you.
Sat nav told us we had reached our destination from the postcode. It was actually a lay-by a long way from the hotel. Kept losing phone connection to the hotel. Got directions from a pub, got lost again but eventually got through to the hotel. Bit worrying 11.30 at night!
Hotel environment, facilities and staff all great as always.
Hampton by Hilton rooms not up to the standard of Hilton rooms (which are excellent). Nasty stain on chair in accessible room and ? Cleanliness of carpet.
It was lovely the room was beautiful! And the staff we're really friendly and helpful
The only down fall was the amount of kids there making a racket and waking me and my partner up!
Exclusivity. A very comfortable, relaxing place to be
A bit out of the way and there are no signs to direct you from the road. The sat Nav also arrived me 300 m before the entrance
Excellent Staff!! Clean and well designed Fantastic food Football history with hotel quality.
Please don't put independent guests in a room next to lots of people having a private party. It's not fun being woken up every half hour until 3am!
Customer service Room was excellent food fantastic
Size of rooms was a bit mean for the tariff. Sliding wardrobe door was a hazard if someone accessed this and the bathroom. Room heating was not very controllable and took a long time (hours) to rise. Pleated blinds rise and fall mechanism would wake the dead and finally sound insulation was poor between rooms.
The executive lounge with drinks abd canapés was a well deserved added bonus.
The spa was fantastic and had an amazing back massage from Natalie she was very good and helpful
More choice in restraunts and price may be a little high
Newness and cleanliness, good pool and spa area. Staff very friendly and efficient
Try n find it!? I phoned 3 times for directions and was told I'd got through to central reservations who couldn't help. It took 1 and 3/4 hours to find and I was 8 miles away. Not on Sat Nav as so new
Lovely hotel great value and clean.
Found the gentleman who checked us in polite but dismissive wouldn't stay again for that reason and that reason alone
Set in the countryside, very professional staff - friendly and welcoming, large room with very good storage facilities including in-room safe. Excellent breakfast including omelette station. Swimming pool and exercise room were great.
Same a la carte menu on all 3 nights of our stay. First night, we had the option of the buffet which was excellent.
