Location was great Breakfast was very good and value for money. We had a wonderful stay in bath
Location close to city center, all great locations in walking distance
Room too small for two if for more than one night, pretty expensive, only acceptable due to location
Friendly staff a And great room!
Location, staff, cleanliness
Dinner was not up to what I was expecting from a Hilton hotel, although service (waiters) was very good. No sound-proofed rooms, our room was facing the main street and there was loud pub noise until very late at night, therefore sleep was not the best. My advise is to ask for rooms facing the river!!
location was good. Staff were very helpful. rooms are clean as was the linen and towels
lamps and shades in the room were broken Some minor repair work was needed, I feel for the star rating better attention is needed to the rooms
Location was excellent, the service was nice and what you would expect
Accommodation was centrally located and in walking distance of everything we either needed or wanted to see
Cost of parking
location of hotel /staff very efficient /parking
although our room appeared to be clean there was a lot of dust that was clearly visible under the wardrobe/table/bed
excellent location modern, clean helpful friendly staff
expensive rooms are small and hot facilities are not great for the money paying for overnight parking although the rate is reduced
Location and service, staff friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast which was good value for money.
Compact room! Really small you couldn't swing a mouse in it let alone a cat. Expensive for what it was
Location Excellent customer service
Plumbing - shower did not drain
staff extremely nice, food excellent, room spacious and clean, bed enormous and price reasonnable
would have prefer a stand alone shower as opposed to a shower in a very narrow bath
Location was good
Confusing regarding the car parking, could do with explaining it a bit better. If I knew parking in the short stay car park was the way to go and that the hotel have an agreement for guest to park it would of saved a lot of confusion and stress.
The room was poor ....lifts were small and slow
Location excellent for sightseeing . Staff very friendly and willing to help. Very comfortable bed Free, super fast Wi-Fi
Compact room is very small Hotel bar is expensive
As this was my daughter and her partners trip away together, they found staff very helpful and the hotel easy to check in.
Fire alarm going off at 5 in the morning
Had to chase up for room to be cleaned
no car park
The location is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable. Good breakfast and good value if you get the voucher. Staff were helpful but slow.
Free wifi only available in the public areas. The building is modern and not very interesting which was disappointing given the beautiful architecture in Bath
They were very friendly and helpful particularly Esther who did everything with a lovely smile. Also loved the scent in the lobby.
Although we were facing the river, because we were on the first floor - our view was the roof. But we were not in the room too much for it to be a massive issue
A very comfortable and clean hotel. Basic but very well placed for shopping and nightlife in bath. Breakfast was excellent
SEAGULLS WAKING US UP AND THE DELIVERY TRUCKS AND THE PARKING FACILITIES WERE EXTREMELY POOR!!!!!
Staff were brilliant ! Nothing was too much trouble and always responded with a smile to any request. Breakfasts were superb and the provision of cut price parking 'neath the Hotel was worth every penny.
The Hotel is an old sixties type building complete with flat roofs, narrow corridors and poor lighting in the rooms. Attempts have been made to modernise by installing plastic double glazing to the rooms. The Reception areas / Bars are modern and welcoming and very well lit.
A very good hotel in an excellent location.
Breakfast wasn't included and no wifi in room.
