Good location excelent breakfast
Shower door hanging off one side,no mini bar, no toilet brush small room no bath but one was requested
The decor downstairs was nice and Christmassy. Good location. Nice staff.
The shower was awful pressure so couldn't even shower properly. Only bad point of Hilton.
Excellent and engaging staff.Very informative regarding opportunities available to suit our needs.
The sofa bed would not have accommodate 2 children and was single in size.We were a family of 4 and were staying 1 night otherwise.i would of raised it as an issue
Double bed was 2 Singles shoved together Dirty curtains
A good experience. The Staff were very helpful in sorting out a booking conflict issue
Its central position, parking and level of facilities for those wanting to have a hassle-free visit to Bath.
Excellent location, everywhere is within 10 minutes walk
Room above must have had a flood judging by the ceiling in our room which should have been redecorated but hadn't been
good location helpful staff ideal for business stay nice atmosphere in resturant and bar area. secure carpark hotel decor in main areas
room was basic, - on par with budget hotels like Premier inn and Travelodge. could hear lift going and shower in room next to mine. better options available for the price.
The Hilton city hotel was easy to get to and the central location made it excellent for seeing the sights of Bath on foot. Convenient for both shops and restaurants too.
Car parking charges were not mentioned when made my booking. This cost an additional £15 which I thought rather steep.
Great central location. Easy walk to all the sights
Location was good and the staff very helpful. Had a fabulous stay over the final weekend of the Christmas market . It was buzzing !!
Location service nice room
Better indication needed for next door parking
nice room, good bar and resturant excellent breakfast
bit dated interior, reception very busy computer system seemed very slow. staff mixed up my booking but upgraded me
Locality was perfect for the markets, bars, restaurants and shops.
The room was extortionate for what it was. No better than a travel lodge but £200 more expensive? ! Parking or breakfast not included in that price either!!!
city centre location and excellent service from staff.
curtains hanging off in bedroom, shower rail came loose, no extra pillows in the hotel at all upon request! over £500 for a two night stay and breakfast not included.
Friendly staff on reception and helpful. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and staff again very helpful.
Unacceptable lack of a mini fridge.
We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet our friends were at the front and said it was noisey. However the location more than made up for it.
3 adults sharing but the 3rd had to sleep on a small put you up meant for a child but paid adult rate
Location, Location, Location Breakfasts Reception staff, Ease of parking
Noisy (young) guests in the bar on one of the nights
handy location.good parking ideal for the shops reception staff very helpful
we requested river view room but actually had no view other than a roof the alternative offered had a view of a wall !!
the location of the hotel was good for walking into bath town centre, the room was small but adequate for our short stay, there was a minor problem with the breakfast which the restaurant manager quickly rectified for us and for that we thank him
not being able to open the windows for fresh air, the price of drinks in the bar.
The pillows were too flat not very comfortable ... just a suggestion but the pillows in a Premier Inn are fantastic
I liked the bathroom and its facilities.
There was a constant noise sounding like a washing machine going through its cycle in the room. The bed was two mattresses that were put together, but do to the bed, the mattresses kept parting and going off the the side of bed.
Location could not have been better. Ideal for the Christmas Market. Room was big enough for three adults. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. Food was excellent and good value for money.
Car park would be a bit scary if you were on your own. But otherwise great to have parking in the centre of Bath.
