Excellent city centre location. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small and not really suitable for a family with a cot in the room.

Fantastic location in the city centre. You can park in the public car-park below til 8pm on the day you leave and pay just £15. If you're not staying in the hotel the car-park stay is limited to 4 hours and the its very expensive. Nice Hotel but extra's are expensive. Granted, room service is always pricy but £8 for a sandwich is a bit of joke. Breakfast is a killer at £21 per person, to put it in perspective we instead had breakfast for two at Starbucks 5 mins away for £11 rather than paying £42 in the Hotel!

Excellent location and friendly staff. The recent refurb in the lobby has improved the styling and comfort of the bar/coffee facilities.

We organised a party at the hotel and found all the staff, helpful, friendly and courteous, for our stay and helping during the party. Room was clean and main bed was a queen bed. We booked a family room, which was a queen bed and a sofa bed. There wasn't much room and the sofa bed was very small. Only suitable for 5's and under.

I especially liked how the service was so personal! Hotel room was great, very spacious and comfortable. We booked Hilton for 2 nights because there was some promotion going on, definitely didn't regret it (although we were kinda on a budget trip haha)! I wish wifi was free!

The staff were excellent: helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was sparkling clean and well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast food was very good. We did not use the restaurant apart from this as there was a very good selection of local restaurants. The hotel is very well located with short walk to shops and local places of interest. We also liked the speedy check- out system. The car park cost us £15 for 3 days, which we thought was reasonable. After reading some of the reviews for this hotel we were a bit aprehensive, but we needn't have worried as we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It would have been good to have some spa-type facilities eg beautician, massage therapist.

The service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. The room was very small. With the king size bed, there was room only for a long narrow desk and a desk chair.

“Comfortable clean rooms, peaceful ambience, very customer focussed and competent staff. Breakfast was just as previous visitors have decribed, a good selection to please most people and on a par with upmarket hotels. Car parking although £10 a day for the service is worth it in Bath. Location for city centre walking is excellent.” Michael, Wynyard |

“New and very clean. Choose this because it had parking onsite unlike many other Bath hotels and cost of parking was cheaper. It was still very close city centre though (10min walk to the roman baths and abbey)” Chris, Stone |
