We especially liked the sandwiches in the bar. It was too warm in our room during the evening and through the night and Channel 1 on the TV was blurred and snowy.

Friendly staff. Ideally situated in the city Double bed rather small and so was the room. Bed very squeaky - and so was the one in the room above us! A bad day for breakfast obviously - porridge was cold and the fruit compote still frozen. We'll return to Bath but definitely NOT to the Hilton.

Location. Hour wait for childrens' meals. Fleas in the room! Holes in the bed sheet. Room was not restocked daily with coffee etc. Damp stain on ceiling and paper curling off wall in same corner. Very expensive parking. At wedding- tables were stacked against wall in the ceremony room behind where bride and groom signed.

Great location. Walking distance to all City attractions, and shops. Very busy hotel. Not enough lifts for numbers of residents, which were very slow at busy times.

Good central location, friendly staff, breakfast and dinner in restaurant very good. This was the noisiest room we have ever stayed in. It was quiet at night but dreadful from 6am onwards - not what you want when on holiday. Noise seemed to be from staff/cleaners and not other guests. Room 107 is to be avoided at all cost. If staying for more than 2 nights would have asked to be moved.

Ease of access to city centre. I expected the room to be bigger for the Deluxe Queen Room. Street noise at 2 am.

I loved the early check-in, friendly check in and bar staff. Location excellent, Expensive for location only, don't mind paying for quality. Lack of free wifi in rooms, hilton please get with the program, have idea that some fussy sudsy old school person is in charge of this generalised hilton policy, it is archaic, rarely will I book anywhere now without it, no facecloth in bathroom, lack of cleanliness to bathroom, poor flushing toilet, no pen I. Room, cramped living space. Paying for parking. Also girl at reception told me that our room was an upgrade, it was not, this I worked out because it was reduced rate on Internet, also no hilton s points unless you book directly with hilton, we used to do this for years and had thousands of hilton honours points and were by loyal customers until they took them off the system , no recourse or comeback, so no loyalty now. Book on Internet.

Good helpful freindly staff. A very warm welcome. Loud slamming doors which we also experienced at the Coylumbridge Hilton. It started from 8.30 9.00 and continued throughout the day so not good for relaxing or resting which at over £200 per night is not on really.

Close to the city centre, reasonably priced The hotel could have been cleaner, and unfortunately at the time I was staying there were seagulls nesting on the roof right outside our window so I didn't have the best night's sleep.

staff were helpful..hotel was perfectly located and clean..breakfast was lovely. that you have to pay £15 for the car park and everytime you want to leave the car park you have to pay an extra £15. I think for the cost of the room (£234 which we paid) the car park should be included. thought breakfast and costa coffee was too exspensive too (£12.95)

The room was ok, with a big tv but with not many channels on. Very big and good breakfast. When we got to our room, I realised that our bath was full of hairs, which I really did not expect of a hotel with this name. I let them know in reception and they sent someone to clean it. I expected this hotel to be over the average, but it did not meet that criteria.
