Excellent city centre location. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small and not really suitable for a family with a cot in the room.

Absolute pleasant experience. I enjoyed the gorgeous room I stayed in (compact room, but still reasonably comfortable indeed) - it is most suitable for a young person indeed. I asked for a quiet room as I was studying for an important exam at the University of Bath in the next day! I was therefore, very pleased when I got a quiet floor, it was so perfect and conducive to my learning needs. The ground staff were also friendly and hospitable. It was a pleasure to stay at Hilton, so thumbs up from me. And the best part- I passed my doctoral examination the next day!! Yay!! Double celebration indeed! I would like to stay at Hilton Hotel again in the future (maybe for graduation?) if the price suits my budget. So many thanks! :) Loved my hotel experience at your gorgeous hotel.

The room was very clean and the location was fantastic. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. I let the hotel know in advance that it was my boyfriend's birthday, so tehy had arranged chocolate and muffins and a card upon arrival. The hotel room was meant to be 'delux', but it was very standard, therefore overpriced for what it was. There were no robes and slippers or a mini bar, which I would expect for a deluxe room. I would also have expected it to have been bigger. Whilst the breakfast had a decent selection, I thought it was very expensive. As it was my boyfriend's birthday, I opted for us to have breakfast in bed (Which costs extra). I didn't appreciate the kitchen manager calling my room in the morning to comment thta I had ticked 'almost every item' and was I sure I wanted it all as it seemed wasteful. As I'd paid almost £30 for each breakfast, I do not think it is appropriate or pleasant to be questioned.

Fantastic location in the city centre. You can park in the public car-park below til 8pm on the day you leave and pay just £15. If you're not staying in the hotel the car-park stay is limited to 4 hours and the its very expensive. Nice Hotel but extra's are expensive. Granted, room service is always pricy but £8 for a sandwich is a bit of joke. Breakfast is a killer at £21 per person, to put it in perspective we instead had breakfast for two at Starbucks 5 mins away for £11 rather than paying £42 in the Hotel!

We organised a party at the hotel and found all the staff, helpful, friendly and courteous, for our stay and helping during the party. Room was clean and main bed was a queen bed. We booked a family room, which was a queen bed and a sofa bed. There wasn't much room and the sofa bed was very small. Only suitable for 5's and under.

“Comfortable clean rooms, peaceful ambience, very customer focussed and competent staff. Breakfast was just as previous visitors have decribed, a good selection to please most people and on a par with upmarket hotels. Car parking although £10 a day for the service is worth it in Bath. Location for city centre walking is excellent.” Michael, Wynyard |
