Good location in centre of bath. Pleasant looking inside
The air con unit was making very loud noises sporadically throughout the night. We were unable to turn it off and even so it was still very hot in the room. We didn't want to open the window as it went right into a busy road
We felt comfortable the moment we arrived. Staff very helpful and parking was easy. Breakfast was really nice. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
There was nothing we disliked.
Central location. Great breakfast.
Location, food, service
Despite having booked single beds months previously we were given a double - problem soon sorted though.
Good. Location, excellent breakfast
Had to wait until 1630hr before getting into the room, very inconvenient. Room cleaning very late on two days out of three.
Location and easy to find
Hard pillows and beds kept waking up .
Very professional staff, really family friendly.
The room: a deluxe family room is really a room for a couple with a sofa bed. I still can't believe it, we have 3 young children. That is the lowest light of our trip.
The location was fab and the staff very friendly
We paid for a super deluxe room but was very disappointed very basic no fridge and the mattress was to small for the frame .. This I kept catching my leg on the corners .. Hen part in room opposite kept us awake most of night banging doors and running thru the corridors .. Could also hear the tread mills in fitness suite early in morning when finally got to sleep would stay again for location but would try a standard room next time
The view in the restaurant
Location and service
not particularly good value for money A Very ugly building
The central position of the hotel. The excellent bar and restaurant. The general ambience
The fact that our room was not cleaned at all on one of the days, and was not done until very late in the afternoon of the second day
Convenience, breakfast, clean and comfortable
Room a little small for a double but OK
Conveniently located near all major attractions.
Excellent location Clean Welcoming staff Good breakfast - lots of choice and nicely cooked.
Rooms too hot - even being able to adjust the air conditioning in my room it was still very warm on the 4th floor. Bit disorganised - I was asked to pay for breakfast even though my room rate included breakfast. Buffet style breakfast but many of the dishes were empty and had to wait for bacon and eggs.
City centre location close to shops and amenities. Also good car park for city centre.
Hotel, location, food , staff and Bath
good breakfast. bed comfortable-quality linen.
rooms very small. couple would struggle. shower pressure quite weak.
Met up with our daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters (6 and 3) at the Bath Hilton near Pulteney Bridge. Location was great, walking distance to sights and restaurants and shopping. Staff was helpful and competent in fulfilling all our requests. Great with the kids...
Garage parking was an issue. Even with the parking validation, it was awfully expensive to have a car at this hotel.
The whole experience was lovely, from check in to check out we wee treated really well.
Location Staff were friendly
Noisy corridors making a peaceful sleep impossible
Within walking distance to all the local tourist attractions!
No free parking for guests.
The breakfast was great
Location Bed comfort Cleanness
Expensive parking No in room wifi
City of Bath on the door step
Central to everything Bath has to offer and restaurant was excellent.
Cleanliness of room was poor. Dirty and stained carpet, cracked sink bowl, dirty shower screen and used soap left in soap holder in bathroom.
