Freindly staff, clean room, great location for sight seeing and shopping

Room was small and only 1 radiator for heating so cold at times

Everything was there that we needed, it was central, clean and helpful staff. Good room size too.

When I originally looked on line the price was cheaper. Because I didn't have time to book at that moment, when I went back to book the next day the price had gone up by a further £7 per room (I had to go through the process of checking with friends again!). Bit disappointing that the website didn't explain the cost inflation. I also didn't feel that the shot of the room did it justice. I was holding back booking because of this.

The staff are always so friendly and sometimes the wheel falls off but they manage to get over it with humour and a caring attitude. Love staying here is our favourite Hotel not just our favourite Hilton

no bath, didnt push beds together as they said they would,no sign saying that pass card had to be inserted in to wall slot for the lights to work, had to call reception

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good.

Standard of finishes in the room could have been better, smoking and non smoking room stickers on the room doors should be removed.

到着が遅くなり、体調も良くなかった為、夕食はルームサービスで注文しました。スタッフの方の電話対応もよ- く、ボーイのマナーもかなり良かったです。部屋も静かでゆっくり休む事が出来ました。とにかく静かで良かっ- たです。
