No complimentary water in room
Breakfast was exceptional. Great location for shopping, pubs and railway station
Loved the beds they were so comfy, breakfast was really good and we had a great view from our table
The location to the waterfront hall!
The noise from the room corridor was awful!
The location and staff were great
The hotel is not to a five star standard. No free wifi. The rooms were basic four star. On check out there was a MASSIVE flood at reception! Was not worth the money spent on it at all
Nice spacious bed. Decent location.
Woke up to find no hot water at all. For a claimed 5 star this was unacceptable. Also no wifi and the room was quite cold. Decor wasn't anything special and the staff were quite rude. I'll never be back.
Room was very clean, lovely view of the city. But the key thing for us is the location we were able to walk into Belfast and get dinner and on Sunday morning wander around St George's Market. Very relaxing enjoyable break.
Only one bath towel provided for both of us, not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.
Good location , being short walking distance from Belfast Central train station and well-positioned for Titanic Experience site visit. Comfortable bed and willing staff.
Relatively small Club Lounge, very crowded at evening 'aperatif-time' with , surprisingly, in-room hostess closely supervising and personally dispensing the limited range of alcoholic drinks. Wines were low-grade and limited food selection all made the experience a huge contrast with other Hilton sites and, particularly, competitors' Club Lounge facilities.
All good apart from the mattress hardness.
Mattress was a bit too hard - I don't like them soft, but it felt a bit rock hard. Was a bit odd having a disabled bathroom - no real objections but had been expecting a bath!
Breakfast was uninspiring.
Breakfast choices were really good and food was great
The car park charge was too expensive. Price should be included with the accommodation.
Sonoma restaurant. Lovely views, good food, great helpful staff, especially Clarissa. Comfortable well equipped spacious rooms with lovely views. Efficient check in by knowledgeable and friendly staff who were aware of my requirements Located right beside Belfast Waterfront
Asked politely by night porters to be quiet in our room on 1st floor at 1.00am. We were 2 women, aged 40 and 55 years talking about a James Taylor concert in an almost empty hotel. No shouting, banging doors or running around corridors. Walls must be wet PAPER thin.
the staff was helpful, really enjoyed using the lounge, plenty of choice at breakfast.
If traveling to/from Belfast by train, the location of the Hilton couldn't be more perfect. The room was quiet and comfortable, the staff helpful, and the bar excellent. Great restaurants in the vicinity as well.
Excellent location within walking distance of the Titanic Centre which is where the conference I was attending took place and centrally located to the City Centre. Onsite Multi-storey Parking.
Having to pay extra for the parking, the price of the room should really have included parking facilities.
Location very close to city centre, staff very friendly and helpful. Room on 11th floor and club lounge were well worth the cost and highly recommended
only staying 1 night would have liked more
Brnow stain on carpet. Windows dirty. Breakfast aneamic sausges.
Friendly, helpful staff
Hilton breakfast really is behind the times. They aim at consistent delivery across their chain but the individuality of local food is now valued more. One towel was not fresh - hard to reach housekeeping by phone
good rooms and close to all belfast
a bit dusty in room but still good
location and beds great
The bedroom view was amazing. The bed was a perfect size and the pillows were great. The view from the executive lounge was lovely too. The location to the city was great. The bathroom was also a great size.
We were in the executive lounge for breakfast and the brown bread had mould on it and had to replaced.
Staff giving 5 star service Cleanliness of room & amenities Amazing view from the 11th floor corner suite.
close to all the hotspots
hotel wasnt good enough to be 3 star never mind 5
The lobby, bar and room were spotless. The cocktails are fabulous.
I felt the bed was on the hard side but that's personal preference some people would like it hard.
The door out of it!!!
I'd rather stay in the #premier inn!! At least you get what you pay for an the the staff are a lot more friendly Hilton hotel staff aren't very helpful an there attitude towards the public is a joke!! Nite manager Is a total joke!!! Needs the sack! I paid for an executive suite with king bed. To get twin beds!! An the sheets where stained all over!!!! Got back from a note out in town to find the fridge locked as I didn't leave a deposit, tho they had £50 deposit from me the minute I arrived!! When I tried to make a complain the staff couldn't care one bit.. An to offend me even more they asked what could they do to help make this better- I asked if they could sort the Parkin which cost £18 for a nite!! "No sorry it's nothing to do with us". "Would you like a free tea or coffee". !!!!!!!!! Premier inn from now on. Least the rooms are a gd price, there clean an the staff are always willing to help...
