Proximity to Waterfront Hall makes for a great night out and sleepover
Restaurant pricey compared to others in area
Room was clean, Size of suite was impressive, Executive privileges a bonus. Modern up to date rooms, very comfortable.
The view was amazing and the breakfast was lovely, we sleep very well and enjoyed ourselves alot
There was a stain on the bed, it was clean though but that bothered us a little bit.
good location. Breakfast staff very helpfull
No free WiFi (paid for my own phone roaming charges rather than use a third party WiFi provider) Bed Duvet was discusting and just covered with the outer clean sheet. was down for breakfast and alot of cooked food was gone. OK was 10minutes to 10am.
excellent location ，warming staff
bad is too small
We liked the aspect that they had allocated to us a room when we arrived although with a wrong bed. We liked the personalised welcome on the TV screen bearing my name.
We went as a couple but we were allocated a twin deluxe room, we would have appreciated a double bed in the room. We booked for this room because your advertisement showed a double bed when we booked.
Lovely surroundings, pleasant and polite staff, great service and food, all comes together to create a special vibe!
Everything about this hotelis very good
Drinks prices,a lot of profit margin there
Very good location
You bar could stock a better selection of alcohol, Coors light is one of the main drinks in Ireland yet you's don't stock it!!!
The cost of WIFI
room was good but bath tap handle fell off , breakfast good
1 no free car park , 2 no free wifi in room , outrageous at £240 per night
Hotel clean and modern. Bedrooms well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Within easy walking distance to shops
The duvet was a bit on the small side for the size of bed
staff were really friendly and very helpful, room was superb with a good view, great food in the bar aswel. definatley value for money. very handy to shops
Room Parking Reception
Gr8 location, bar area buzzing
Bed wasnt very comfortable at all,
Everything was 1st class
It wasn't a double bed , two singles pushed together , bit uncomfortable in the middle
Bed - so comfortable Very central
Breakfast running out of things on self service and not replacing them. Reception asked us what newspapers we would like in the am - never arrived ! Shower had an Eco head no power
Good size room with comfortable bed. Clean and modern bathroom facilities. Quiet, very little noise from outside or inside. Hotel has a nice atmosphere about it. Very helpful staff. Nice bar. Great location for shops, the waterfront and the odyssey.
As we were heading to the Waterfront it was just a short walk. The view from the room was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The food in the bar was very good quality and keenly priced.
The shower curtain in the bathroom was smelly, the towels were old and discolored.
Good location close to city centre. Entrance is very nice & staff on desk were pleasant.
Room was basic enough for 4* hotel. Quilt on bed was too small resulting in a cold night as sleep was interrupted. There was distinctive layer of dust in wardrobe. Our booking included breakfast & for treat ordered it to room. The waitress tried to charge us £40 for the breakfast & I had to insist it was included in booking. Eventually she believed me. Toast & tea were missing & have had better in other cheaper hotels. Will not be in any hurry back to stay again
I thought breakfast variety was poor compared to last time we stayed.
Very friendly staff and very helpful excellent location just few minutes to Victoria Square
I had only one problem that was that housekeeping entered the room in the morning around 9 came back knocked then at 10 it's 12 o clock check out
Bath didn't keep water in but sink didn't let water out. Tile grout dirty
Having been a loyal customer of the Hilton brand for many years I had no concerns about staying at the Hilton Belfast, until 5 minutes after we arrived. We had booked a double bed and were given a twin room so had to contact the front desk. They, eventually agreed to move us to a room from the 5th floor to the 1st floor. When we returned to our room at 10.30 it was like being in a night club. The noise levels down stairs were awful and once again I had to contact the front desk who said the music would go off at 2am. They then said they would upgrade us free of charge to a room on the executive 10th floor so at 11pm we packed up and moved rooms again. There was not a single bit of difference between this new executive room and the one on the first floor so if you have paid for a room on the executive floor you have been over charged. The staff were generally rude, we had 3 rooms in 8 hours and the food is overpriced. there are far better places to stay in Belfast
