The hotel certainly was not up to 5 star standard. All of the hotel areas were quite grubby. Service was not good. Food was average. I would rate |

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Belfast because it was within walking distance to the Odessey. The staff were very helpful and courteous, the hotel very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. I would thoroughly recommend it. |

The high standard of customer service and the friendly, helpful waiting and bar staff. I felt that the reception staff were a little off-hand |

The service from all staff was excellent. I had problems finding my reservation before I got to Belfast and Emma Murray went to a lot of trouble to find out where I was staying. When I was checking in the girl who checked us in could not have been more gelpful - taking time to show us how to get to the venue for the concert we were going to in the evening. All staff were courteous and helpful. |

Location excellent with nearby shopping and eating. Near the Odyssey Arena. Bathroom not to the standard of the rest of the room and the hotel. |

View from bedroom over the city centre area and close proximity to the centre itself. Poorly signposted in local building complex area > effectively only one way to walk to the hotel and not knowing this in advance you could end up trailing all around the complex trying to find your way. |

Location The Fact that I had to pay £36.00 on car parking. This fact was not hightlighted any stage of my booking and was a real disappointment when I arrived had just asked about car parking - Really not acceptable for a 5* hotel |

Hotel was very clean, receptionist friendly, rooms of good size. The staff in the cafeteria were horrible at providing good service and did not know how to make an espresso. I had to explain to the staff what a macchiato is eventhough it was on the menu. |
