The staff were lovely and I loved the design of the rooms. Especially the big comfy beds.

Although the design of bathroom was lovely I didn't like the idea of a shower curtain and the bathroom smelt a bit fusty the bath/shower area had hairs that weren't ours in it.

Amy at the front desk was an added bonus to our stay at theHilton lovely friendly down to earth sort o gal. All of the staff were very pleasant lovely room great food . Only a short distance to the shops as well. Don't forget the little cleaning girl who helped me with my bags to the lift not part of her job but never the less she did. Nice clean rooms.

There was nothing I did nt like cant wait to go back keep up the good work. Any business is only as good as its staff. Recommended it to all my friends

noisy lift near room. Very noisy at night on long-weekend. Had to call security at 3.30am.

I like the atmosphere in the hotel and the rooms are lovely and clean, a pleasant stay.

I didn't like the car park prices, I had to park my car a 15min walk away from the hotel to get a fair price.

Use of executive lounge and a deal for free drinks and nibbles!!

Bar service after show had to wait a long while to get served not barmens fault just not enough of them on occasions after events. Car park expensive leaves the break rather expensive after getting a good rate on room. Could stay at other hotels with car parking for free

friendly and helpfull staff made us feel very welcome from beginning to end of our stay. Our room was very luxurious and had an excellent view over the Lagan.

Having left behind an item, staff were very unhelpful and have not identified the item in the room. As it was last place I had it before checking out I know thats were it was. Very disappointed in the hotel staff on their lack of co operation in this matter

Very helpful, friendly staff. We arrived on an early flight and were able to check in as a room was available, impressed as the receptionist arranged an upgrade also.

Always stay the hilton when in Belfast a pleasure to stay there. Staff helpful and courteous. Rooms clean and spacious. Food excellent. No complaints and anyone who does would be very hard to please

The premises are what you would expect from the Hilton, lovely decor very clean. Dinner was very good and they even had two wines which suited me. Breakfast had a very large choice, though some of the cooked food had been left a little long and some was starting to dry out, loosing taste, everything else was great. Yes I would stay again, we loved the hotel.

The window wouldn't open and the automatic airconditioning was stuck on automatic, at 25 degrees, making the room unbearable for sleep. I did not realise that they had maintenance 24 hrs a day, when I told them the next day they were very apologetic and said we should have called. At 2 am with a g & t and two bottles of wine I never thought. I was not pleased at being charged £18.00 for parking as a guest with guest rates for an overnight stay in the Hilton Car Park, particularly when the carpark in Victoria accross the road is less than £7.00 for overnight stay. They billed us the full rate for the room, and I had actually booked it for £80.00 cheaper. In the middle of the night the bill came through the door and it said I could sign it and leave it and they would charge to the credit card. It is alarming when I went to reception and told them, they did not want to see my receipt they just reduced the bill like it was a regularly done thing, Overall I would stay there again, but my eyes are opened to things to watch for.

Hilton standard of accomodation and facilities. Very accessible for the City in terms of shopping and entertainment.

The hotel had no record of our booking through Booking.com. Took a while to get sorted but done well. On checking out the hotel indicated the invoice had not been paid in adavance, despite the voucher saying so. Outcome was I have ended up paying twice. The hotel have recognised this but it was not straight forward to sort, and was frustrating and embarassing, partculualry when the checking in process was also messy. It was only one night for goodness sake! Also bar prices are steep, but it's a city based hotel so what would you expect.
