Hotel was new, clean and had all the amenities you would ecpect in a Hilton. Good choice buffet at breakfast. Bar prices expensive, also parking with discount £18.00 per day! |

Comfortable, with helpful staff. Very good position close to city centre. A very good breakfast, again with very courteous and helpful waiting staff. £20 levy to book in early and £18 a night to park. An extra £60 for a two day stay - you don't need it! |

There was a great atmosphere in the hotel. ideally situated for conferences in the Waterfront, i had previously stayed there thus my return and i brought my friends on this occasion also. i do hope to return again. It is a pity that we must pay for the carpark while a resident at the hotel even a nominal fee would be in order. |

The Staff were really polite and professional really kind and friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them they really were top class all of them and made you feel like a valued guest the food was awsome it really was EXCELLENT.And the rate was unbelievable.....£138 For 2 people for 2 nights in a hotel of this calibre was fantastic. No nothing. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Belfast Hilton to anybody. |

Close to the City Advertised description of executive room did not meet standard as expected due room size and facillities compared to our experience on a previous stay. Receptionist advised we had been given a free upgrade to executive room which was confusing as this is what we thought we had booked on-line and then informed we did not have access to the executive facilities. Parking arrangements was difficult due to ajacent car park being full. Meal in room was well below expectations. Lounge area was empty probably due to its decor. No atmoshere. Breakfast, service very poor, tables not set. |

Decor in both public foyer area and inside rooms was up to date, comfortable and clean. Cost of parking, although reduced, it should be included in the price paid for the room. |

Very good but had a major problem with breakfast. staff coped very well but left it late for our conference even though we were there at 8.30. Not a big enough breakfast room to cope with the amount of rooms available |
