Clean, comfortable room with view of East Belfast. Good facilities in the room and throughout the hotel. Lively atmosphere in the bar. Staff pleasant and helpful. |

it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were very pleasant. The room was very nicely decorated. The food was ok. We had the turkey and ham dinner but we felt the ham was hard and overcooked. The restaurant staff were excellent. Was not happy at the cost of the parking and it would make us think before we would use the Hilton again. Many thanks paula |

I anticipated two dressing gowns and slippers as I had received in the Hilton Berlin but didnt get them and only got 1 when I requested them. Also toiletries in Berlin were better. I didnt pack certain things expecting them to be available. |

Proximity to the Waterfront hall where I was attending a gig and very close to the city centre. One particular bar staff member was quite miserable when we were ordering drinks! |

Bed was not very uncomfortable,the bathroom was not clean especially the floor it was disgusting,there was only one shampoo and shower gel,no shower cap,no anti slip mat for th floor and no hair gel.it was definately not a five star hotel,i was very disappointed and would not stay there again and would advise people not to stay there.i couldnt believe I had to pay for the car park,i have stayed in a lot of hotels and never had to pay for parking |

Reasonably spacious room, practical bathroom & working shower and a big writing desk. Public areas clean and 'peacefully' decorated. The location is perfect for attending events at Waterfront Hall. Bed itself was ok, but duvets and pillows filled with duck down: disgusting and uncomfortable. Room smelled faintly of cigarettes even though was supposed to be a non-smoking one. Other bedside lamp out of order. Internet would have cost £15 extra and breakfast another ~£10. My card was debited an extra £50 on check-in "in case I use the room service", which was only returned a week later. |

The atmosphere was relaxed and the location was excellent for the shops, very comfortable rooms and no noise from other rooms was evident. All in all a very enjoyable stay was had! |

The breakfast was good but expensive. Bed was very comfortable. Some rooms have great views. My room had a cracked sink and bath and a connecting door to another room. Could hear television until I moved room at 2.40am. If you are staying here make sure you do not get a room that connects with the one next door. Also be aware that the restaurant is very expensive, £4.10 for a bottle of water, over £5.00 for a small glass of wine. A 3* hotel with 5* prices? |

The staff were extreamly kind and attentive. They made our stay a pleasure, it is the little things that count. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. We got a second pot of tea at breakfast without asking for it(staff noticed me finishing the pot). There was a damp unpleasant odour in the bathroom. |
