Hotel ottimo. Vicino al centro, ma in posizione tranquilla, otttima pulizia generale e colazione abbondante. Acquistato in un periodo di offerta per cui ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Eravamo in due e c'era un solo accappatoio. |

it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were very pleasant. The room was very nicely decorated. The food was ok. We had the turkey and ham dinner but we felt the ham was hard and overcooked. The restaurant staff were excellent. Was not happy at the cost of the parking and it would make us think before we would use the Hilton again. Many thanks paula |

I anticipated two dressing gowns and slippers as I had received in the Hilton Berlin but didnt get them and only got 1 when I requested them. Also toiletries in Berlin were better. I didnt pack certain things expecting them to be available. |

The atmosphere was relaxed and the location was excellent for the shops, very comfortable rooms and no noise from other rooms was evident. All in all a very enjoyable stay was had! |

The breakfast was good but expensive. Bed was very comfortable. Some rooms have great views. My room had a cracked sink and bath and a connecting door to another room. Could hear television until I moved room at 2.40am. If you are staying here make sure you do not get a room that connects with the one next door. Also be aware that the restaurant is very expensive, £4.10 for a bottle of water, over £5.00 for a small glass of wine. A 3* hotel with 5* prices? |

The staff were extreamly kind and attentive. They made our stay a pleasure, it is the little things that count. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. We got a second pot of tea at breakfast without asking for it(staff noticed me finishing the pot). There was a damp unpleasant odour in the bathroom. |

All staff were brilliant and made every effort to help where possible.The location of the hotel was fantastic for shopping and entertainment. I would like to stay again when I am in Belfast. No, as I enjoyed my stay in Belfast and hopefully I will be back soon. |

The bar staff's willingness to work through the night. The room upgrade we received. The complimentary razor which was very freely provided, saving us hassle. The food in the restaurant was amazing...order the chicken and vegetable pizza. Having to charge anything purchased in the bar to my room rather than paying cash. The restaurant staff were unwilling to relocate my party at breakfast due to other guests staying in the hotel. The lack of bar snacks late in the evening while drinking at the hotel bar. |

Did nt like that charge of 18 pounds per car per night for parking,Also check in time was after 1500hrs or else there was a charge of 20pounds for early arrivial.So you did 'nt get value for money with hidden charges. |

Stayed on the 11th floor and was woken at 4.30am by the humming sound of the air conditioning which is apparrently on the 12th floor or so we were told on check out also did not like the parking fee of £18.00 for 1 night. Definetly would not class as 5 star. |
