well located hotel about 10 min walk from shops.Good buffett breakfast well stocked and replenished

Parking at £18 a night is robbery without the violence

Friendly service

Did not receive the newspaper (but had requested same at check-in); Poor
telephone service: did not receive message until 15 hours after receipt;
trouble connecting to other rooms; message light did not reflect that a
message had been received.

Great location! Very helpful staff. Always looking for ways to help. Walking distance to city center. Bus tour picked us up. Hotel can arrange for a driver to show you the Giants Causeway - fabulous! Crown Pub is great to see, but Kellys Pub has local talent perform. Great restaurant next door to Kellys that serves late.

everything, comfortable,clean, helpful staff but most of all breakfast until 11am and checking out at 12.

Room had limited toilet roll which ran out.No replacment, also no soap

The hotel didnt have any information about my booking i had to tell them everything from room type to price.You also had to pay fifty pounds deposit to use room mini bar.
