Great location! Very helpful staff. Always looking for ways to help. Walking distance to city center. Bus tour picked us up. Hotel can arrange for a driver to show you the Giants Causeway - fabulous! Crown Pub is great to see, but Kellys Pub has local talent perform. Great restaurant next door to Kellys that serves late. |

The hotel didnt have any information about my booking i had to tell them everything from room type to price.You also had to pay fifty pounds deposit to use room mini bar. |

Staff were friendly If u leave the car park u have to pay for duration away (I know carpark not owned by hilton but I think that U should be alloed to come and go as u please without paying) we wern't told that u could get parking at the front of the hotel until we had parked the car. This could be told at the time of booking in... |
