Friendly staff

The fact that the WC did not have a door and opened out into the general bedroom. It made me feel uncomfortable.

The service from the staff and the leisure facilities.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but that is my liking.

Great location to attend business show at the NEC - The Executive Lounge was excellent and worth having as an additional extra for the stay.

Arrived in room to find people still in it - was given another room and an apology - new room had annoying sensor light by the bathroom which came on everytime I rolled over in bed so eventually blocked it off with a bathrobe - dripping water due to faulty toilet cistern so blocked that of with bath towels - terrible nights sleep and felt awful in the morning - found check bill was incorrect and had been charged for things I hadn't had - check out staff not particulaly sympathetic and told me to put complaint on a complaints card - no refund or discount offered.

most of the hotel was clean. The queen size room was not so queen size, but none the less was clean and equipped with everything we needed. e.g hairdryer, iron & TV buffet breakfast was nicely extensive of choice. staff were friendly.

We wanted a relaxing spa holiday unfortunately this is the worst place we could have picked. The swimming pool was overcrowded with screaming kids. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room & changing room floor was so grubby we felt sick walking on it... it was soaked with dirt and little bits of tissue, we were on tip toes walking from one place to another. either take flip flops and be prepared of the grime or don't go into that part. avoid eating the awful scrambled eggs made from powdered industrial egg! The pillows in the room were so flimsy it was like sleeping without a pillow... a real pain in the neck literally!

I liked everything about our stay staff were courteous smiling and friendly, the room was fabulous and had everything we required, the breakfast was superb and the location could not have been better, thank you for a most pleasant stay

Customer service was outstanding. Concierge staff, reception staff, waiters and waitresses all had the same standard of professionalism.

It states walking distance to nec, 25mins walk! Would have been nice to have a shuttle bus to the nec from hotel. Its expensive to eat and drink in the hotel (Almost £10 for a glass of wine) to ask guests to pay for wifi in their rooms and for daily parking in the hotel carpark is not acceptable when we are already paying such premiums for the rest of our stay.

The Gym and pool good. rooms and beds very comfortable.

I booked on- line and the price for parking was better on line, its a principle.

Cleanliness of room was a bit suspect - hairs in the bathroom which didnt belong to either my blonde cousin or I, just a little bit of a grubby air... Not enough teabags, but we called housekeeping and they quickly came with more.

Brilliant facilities, lovely reception area, really clean pool, sauna and jacuzzi. lovely food.Brilliant location for LG arena.

Thought the rooms were basic for an hilton hotel, also considering we had a queen delux room. Other hiltons I have stayed in was better facilities in room, was shocked to only have a double bed not a king size.Also dont agree with paying for parking if you are a resident of hotel.

Room facilities were excellent and the general feel of the hotel was good.

They put us in a room with a disabled bathroom which we didn't notice straight away as we just dropped off our bags and went out. As it was late when we returned we didn't feel like complaining and moving rooms.

Huge queues to check in generally poor service throughout the stay! Room doors that bang shut being able to hear everytime the room next door used their toilet

The dinner reservation made by one of our party Mr Thomas carter late morning for 10 people ready for the evening in the a la carte restaurant was not noted down.When we presented ourselves for dinner at the appointed time of 7.45 the staff were not helpful and behaved as if it was not their problem, saying the best they could do was seat us at 9.45pm. We sat in the seating area and were ignored.Eventually the other restaurant, the boulevard were persuaded to fit us in and they did their best to accommodate us. We did not feel as though the staff cared about our predicament, even though the booking could be seen on the computer at reception, so it was a fault in your system that had caused the problem.
