Great value at £39 including breakfast. Walking distance to NEC.Single room a little small and getting in need of refurbishment but has everything you need. Breakfast buffet excellent. Was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again. Need to pay £7 for parking but then this is what you'd pay in a public car park on site. |

I liked the health spa, I loved that the beds had proper duvets. Staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Yes, I thought the evening buffet in the restaurant was average for the amount of money that was spent there. The staff were lovely but the food let down the experience. |

Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable and luxurious surroundings, and a first class restaurant. Charged me £27 for a children's Pizza, but very quickly rectified the problem when I pointed it out. Very apologetic, and very helpful. |

I was boked into this hotel as I was attending something in the NEC. It was booked as a single and I could not believe my eyes when I walked into the bedroom. A single bed against the wall, tv on the luggage rack 1 1/2 foot off the ground and bathroom as small as a box. It is hard to believe this is graded as a 4 star hotel and the Hilton to put their name to it. No internet in the room at all - some business hotel. I do not expect a response from anyone at the hotel as they do not seem like they do that sort of thing by taking care. How these rooms can still be graded as I am sure the hotel inspector does not see these boxes. An absolute shocker even being in a room this size. I want to say that single rooms in hostels are bigger. |

The type of room I requested was available including smoking, the breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice Our room was on the 4th floor and we could here the music from the function room which was rather annoying |

confusion about the room safe, couldnt use it ,I think it was closed by previos guest and the instructions are very vague on that point, it seems all hotels have problems with safes.they seem to have no common standards in operation or instructions. |

Very disapointed with the service, they do not honour the bookings made and paid for. The fact that we booked the accommodation for a twin room two months in advance, on arrival we were offered two single rooms take it or leave it.It seem that its first come first served.I phoned them two days before our arrival to say we would arrive at 7.00pm |

Some of the staff were excellent. The beds were comfy, room was clean and fairly well equipped for a cheap single. The breakfast was superb The room was somewhat shabby - though it was a small cheap single I would expect a better state of repair Some staff were clueless, unhelpful and patronising. Check in was chaos - unable to cope with the numbers of people arriving that day |

The location was fantastic for visiting the NEC and the accomodation was as expected. It was disappointing to learn that amounts had been charged to the room in error and this meant a 1 hour wait to resolve the bill in the busy reception. Had the bill been correct we could have signed it and left without delay. |

The location was ideal for the N.E.C To eat and drink at the hotel was very expensive !!!! I was not told that i would need to book a table in one of the restuants so i had i 1 1/2 hour wait for one, and after a hard days work i was very annoyed. I will be staying at a different hotel next year !! |

Convenience and close proximity to nec. Breakfast was very good. Single rooms were of a poor standard for a hilton hotel. Prices for drinks were excessive. |
