service was excellent. .i think the £15 charge for internet connection, particularly on the ground floor, is outrageous and unnecessary. |

The locality for the NEC. The gym and the pool are both good. I didn't like being charged for car parking, and £4.10 a pint is a bit expensive for beer. Also there was no black pudding with breakfast, but that's just me being picky. |

Room service was very quick, but did not bring me water that I had requested, nor did they provide any condiments, eg tomato sauce, etc, when chips had been ordered. Also, in the morning, I had requested a yogurt which they provided, but they did not give me a sppon to eat it with. Yes, I paid £139 for a single room which personally I thought was a disgrace. It was far, far too expensive for the standard of the room. The bathroom was the tiniest bathroom I have ever been in in a hotel, and as I travel a lot with my work, that is saying something. It was like a bathroom in an old-fashioned caravan! Also I did not receive any water that I had requested with my room service, nor did they provide any condiments, eg tomato sauce, etc, when chips had been ordered. Also, in the morning, I had requested a yogurt which they provided, but they did not give me a spoon to eat it with. |

It was our Ruby anniversary and the hotel and they ruined all of it. Over priced and over rated, I would never use a hilton hotel again. |

Staff were generally very friendly & helpful. Comfy beds with lovely duvets. Choice of eateries. Thin walls between rooms resulted in noise (T.V., voices, etc.) being easily heard from the next room. |

Myself and my wife stayed at the the Hilton as we were attending a show at the NEC. The hotel was very tastefully decorated and in an ideal posistion to easily get to the NEC (LG Arena / 5 mins walk). If attending a show at the NEC in the future we would definitely use the Hilto again. |

I was on a business trip to nec and found the facilities, location, cost, ideal for my requirements, it was a flying visit and unfortunately I didn't have the time to enjoy my stay by using all the facilities which the Hotel has to offer - but what I did experience was excellent. |

The location I normally stay at the budget hotels and standard of the rooms are normally better than my room at the Hilton. I was extremally disappointed both with the room and also the lack of free internet access. |

The hotel is in an ideal position for people visitng or exhibiting at the nec All the restaurants were fully booked, there was an hour wait for bar food, the bar prices are extortionate and I had to que for 15 minutes to check out because there werent enough staff on reception. |

free bus to the airport The spa was in poor repair and not clean. The sauna was not working. The buffet dinner was poor - there were barely any vegetables and the menus had not been thought through. The drinks were far too expensive given the overall quality of the hotel. The queues for reception were very long. The shop had limited and poor quality merchandise. |
