Super Breakfast!!!!!!!!!! Locality to the nec.

Small car parking spaces.

My room had no heating so it was very cold and unwelcoming. I blame it for the bad cold I have now.

Considering this is a Hilton hotel the room was very old fashioned. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in as one side had no spring in it giving the impression you were sleeping on a slope. It is now 2011 whenever I stay abroad all the hotels have Wifi access in the room and free access in there lobies, you don't. Finally I know that this hotel is based at the NEC and some might take advantage but to park your car there and be charged £7 per day for residents is a joke.

I had booked a single room which was not up to the standard I expected. There were 2 beer bottles above the bed, a mirror was smeared with stuff and hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom door handle and the toilet roll holder were on the counter and the radio didn't work. When I phoned down about these things I was moved to an executive room, which was spotless and much nicer. I was very pleased with the service but wonder what would have happened if the hotel had been full. Even if the first room had been maintained properly and I'd stayed in it and wouldn't have booked here again, as it was a very basic and dingy room with a foot high window at the ceiling which you couldn't see out of. I feel that the basic single room was not good value and didn't live up to the Hilton name. As I'd be booking the most economical room if I stayed again, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Close to the motorway , and easy for attending events in the nec.

It was a friendly welcoming hotel with excellent staff. Clean and food was excelent.

Totally disgusted with this hotel and the cleaniness was awful.... Would not advise any one to stay here £139.00 per night I paid plus a extra £50.00 to upgrade and was totally disgusted and had ript bedding

Poor bar service. Average room. Very very expensive despite have a company expense account. Poor house keeping service.

Good location. Fairly comfortable beds and window that open.

Small rooms that need an update. Old fashioned tv's with bad reception. Noise from generators all night. Didn't receive early morning call that was requested and breakfast buffet was nice but not very hot. Expected better from what is perceived as a good class hotel.

We had an Executive Room and thought it was good value for money, including refreshments all day in the Executive Lounge, a free bar between 6pm and 8pm for those in executive rooms and also breakfast in the morning. Afternoon tea was being served when we arrived and there was a nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. Would book this kind of room again.

Car parking was expensive - £15 for 24 hours. I guess that is a penalty for being almost next door to the LG arena.

Very helpful staff and very good location

The Christmas decorations inside the hotel were very pretty, staff were very friendly. All areas seemed very spacious.

The room was very cold, the heating did not go up past 25oc and it was very cold outside, spent most of the time in the room in bed due to the cold. The television also kept switching itself off. The toilets near the entrance of the hotel bar were rather dirty with stains on the toilet bowl, it could of been that i had gone just before it was due to be cleaned...but still..

Was in great proximity to the LG Arena only a five minute walk room was clean and breakfast was great. Only downside was for a Hilton hotel would of expected the rooms to be more modern and up to date eg fresh wallpaper and better tv and tv stations.

Was a bit pricey for what you got and the room was not modern tv and tv stations not what you would expect of the Hilton name.
