Nothing was any trouble
Price of the beer!
Location near the airport was good.
large noisy lounge with nowhere quiet to have a drink. Lounge furniture very worn and shabby. Table was cracked. Man on reception badly dressed - ill fitting clothes and unfriendly.
Location to lg arena
Pool area was slippery and lockers in poor state of repair
Hotel was fantastic
went to see Madness at LG arena, great location to walk, lush cocktails, relaxed but fun
Staff were very polite and helpful. Very comfortable beds and the breakfast range was beautiful.
Only minor irritations; such as the lighted mirror would not hold up while applying make up and the beds were not anchored so rolled around the room.
Pool and Spa facilities
First room had broken balcony door handle, second room was ok but smelled very musty. Paint chipping off walls and mold growing near windows.
health and fitness facilities were ok and the food was good.
pillows were shocking
Very good facilities
Check in/check out easy, no queue. Room was satisfactory, bed was comfortable.
The room was freezing, it was a cold evening and the a/c was blowing out cold air and adjusting the temperature made no difference so I turned it off. There was no radiator or other form of heating. Tried to ring housekeeping several times but no reply. Luckily the bed had a good quality duvet otherwise it would have been a very unpleasant night.
The hotel, location and staff were all of a good standard.
On arrival the toilet flush handle was loose and would not work. This was quickly resolved, however the actual seat would not stay up without being held. The room said deluxe, but the mattress was rock hard, and there were no facilities to keep drinks cold or get ice. Difficult to get to sleep on first night due to people returning to their rooms shouting up until 3.00am due to functions in hotel. The cost for a room does not reflect the standard expected.
Room was freezing. Adjusted temperature. Still freezing. No biscuits. Bathrobe. £119 expensive not including breakfast.room service expensive then charged £5 for them to bring food up. How did they expect it to arrive
ample room for bathroom and shower facilities good
extra space in shower obviously made bedroom smaller. if my bruv-in-law had stayed (wheelchair dependent) he would not be able to get into bed as not enough room to get wheelchair down side of bed + room blocked up with table and chairs so would not be easy to manoeuvre around room
The staff were attentive but not intrusive Our room was spotless, Millers restaurant excellent food and we were served early as we were off to a show. Check in/out efficiently run.
The prices of wine/beer quite steep.
No biscuits on the hospitality tray, for an executive room bathrobes should if been provided and no spare bedding.
Friendly helpful staff. Good food in the Millers restaurant.
Leaky shower in one Room. One of our rooms had no towels. Concierge very apologetic but they were slow bringing them up.
location and food.
Not enough staff at bar and waited too long to be served.
Excellent location for NEC. Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Lovely spa, pool facility. Small shop for essentials/emergencies. Large bar/lounge area.
Food prices in Lounge very expensive. Charge for onsite parking (£9pd) - would be more attractive if free to hotel residents.
Although in a great location
We found food and drink a little expensive
Loved the stay. Great staff. Great hotel. Highly recommended t
Didn't like leaving
The location of the hotel was excellent. The size of the room and the facilities were really good.
The bed was uncomfortable, the air con did not work. The bathroom was unclean, hairs in the bath and on the floor, feace marks in the toilet.I was going to mention it on checkout but there was a alot of people waiting to checkout and i didnt want to delay them,so i was not going to complain as i feel i should have done it whilst there.I am returning next year to the same event but i shall not be staying at this hotel which is a shame as i have stayed in other hilton hotels and have always found them to be excellent. As i have previously mentioned i was not going to complain but you have sent me an email asking for my opinion.
Hotel facilities, breakfast, cleanliness.
Bed was ok but not overly comfy, room was on the small side. Telly was complicated compared to other hotels. Should be able to switch on straight to a channel.
Bed really comfortable, Breakfast lovely, enough range for all tastes. Good atmosphere in the bar.
Room was a little dated in places. No bathrobes in room.
Location for NEC
Pillows on the beds
Location, friendly staff. Room spacious and clean. Quick check in and checking out procedure
