Room was clean and comfortable.
Single room was in different part of hotel to group I was with who had double/family rooms. I had to pay extra to upgrade to double room, to be close to party I was travelling with. No mention of this when I was booking. Also bar area food, very over priced for average food.
It was just a very short stay but everything was perfect.
Just a little annoyed about having to queue to get a table for breakfast.
Location for show at arena was excellent
on 4th floor but bass from party in function room did not finish until 2am, this prevented me from being able to get sleep. The following morning we had to queue to get in the breakfast room, and when we went to go swimming we had to wait 30 min as the pool had reached its 40 capacity.
The hotel is very good I have had many good times there.
The bed was so high i had to slide off it. the air con/heating was too fierce and there was a hair in the sink
The location was excellent for the Genting Arena, walking distance of the train station. Breakfast was lovely so much choice. The bar meals were really nice too.
The wait at the bar was too long not enough staff on.
The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel the rooms had everything we needed
Not only myself but others waited over 35 mins at the bar to get served
Clean room and firm comfy bed.
2 out of 3 lifts not working causing delay and having to use tge stairs with luggage.
Had family room for one night, was spacious and comfortable
Not a gripe but maybe some hot chocolate sachets would of been good for children and adults alike. And 4 cups rather than 3 as was a family room for upto 4. Other than that was good stay
room very clean and breakfast excellent
we dined in the bar area it was busy we found a table asked staff for 2 chairs as we only had a table he said he would help 2 mins later he said there were no seats I then scanned 5 metres away and found 2 chairs I asked the people and got 2 chairs very poor customer service very poor
Slept like a log, good shower
Prices in bar and restaurant - don't add 10% service when there's buffet only! Also Costa more expensive than London - a SMALL Americano to take away was £3.70, and even though it was on expenses I said no!
Conference facilities & food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Hard bed, cold room that took a long time to warm up despite having individual controls, no free wi-if in room
Staff very helpful nice Christmas atmosphere, nice pool with jacuzzi & sauna
Window didn't close properly letting in cold & noise
Location close to nec, literally 0.2 miles away. Nice hotel, friendly staff especially the bar staff.
It was stated that there was no need to pre book parking as there were plenty of spaces. Not the day I went there wasn't! Car park full! Had to drive around for ages to find the tightest space I've ever seen! Then to realise that there was a special car park for nice cars basically. Not to mention I was driving a 30k car they wouldn't let me use those spaces even though it was only half full. Not acceptable when your a paying guest. Also we were told we would be put on the top floor as is was "quiet up there" well let's just say the party going on downstairs until 1am wasn't quiet. The lights in the room were shaking. Not an issue for us at this time of stay but no way would stay there in there future with my son or family. For business it's ok. Also don't believe that the breakfast runs until 10:30 it's actually 10am as I found when we got there at 5 minutes past!
Easy to find Excellent helpful staff Lovely shower
Domestic staff knocking on door to clean before check out time.
Staff were pleasant and always helpful. Courtesy bus to railway station and airport excellent Buffet breakfast plentiful and good. Clean warm hotel good facilities.
First room we were allocated balcony doors wouldn't shut properly and had a gap, it was a really windy day and the room was cold and there was an awful draft. Bar meal not great.
The Queen deluxe bedroom wasn't as luxurious as it sounded.
Location was very good as attending NEC The early morning courtesy bus driver in was very helpful and friendly
Room was dated. Shower very low pressure. Not even a bottle of water in room. Wi-Fi didn't work . Strong damp smell in corridors. Restaurant food far too expensive for the very poor quality. No room bar. TV remote didn't work. Room was not very clean as lacked attention to detail with dust and hairs left behind .
On arrival the staff at reception were so pleasant and helpful, nothing was a problem. The bedroom was clean, compact, very impressively designed and having all I needed for my overnight stay. The evening meal in the restaurant was really delicious and was spoiled for choice at breakfast time the next morning. Completely satisfied with my experience, would certainly book again.
The bed was awful and the wifi kept dropping off very very annoying especially as I had paid extra for it
Location to NEC Room Service Room layout compact and bed good size for single pleasantly surprised
Room was bit cold and would have liked a more relaxing chair as eating in room as I was in my own and didn't want to ho to fink groom myself for dinner had to sit on bed which was not good for my back.
Millers Resataurant Lovely food . Good value for money.
Boulevard Restaurant. Terrible food and very bad value for money.
Very convenient to NEC
Grossly overpriced, both for accommodation and food. Self service breakfast was cold and tasteless.
I think that the additional cost for wifi was excessive
Tasty food and service was very quick
