I found the atmosphere very relaxed. All general hotel duties were carried out efficiently and with no interruption to myself. |

Check in was quick and easy, location was good, breakfast was good and very good times , plenty of free parking. Reception was dark and uninviting, room walls are like tissue paper we could hear everything on both sides of us,rooms need money spending on them ie no heating in room , extraction fan in bathroom did not work, carpets were warn and very poor lighting. |

Comfortable room; friendly staff; good food, especially the breakfast buffet and the excellent wedding breakfast following the wedding we attended at the Hilton Very slow Check-in; quite a long queque formed as the one check-in clerk was taking her time with each guest/guests. Eventually a second check-in clerk arrived to ease the situation. A generally inefficient system appeared to be in operation |

There was a large number of staff, all were very helpful and effecient. The hotel was well situated and appeared to have a lot of facilities but as our stay was very short we did not have time to take advantage of them so are unable to report on them. Some of the communal areas eg lounges are in need of refurbishment but I am sure this will be done in the near future. |

We had a nice clean room and staff were very friendly. good leisure facilities for all the family if you didn't buy food vouchers at reception you were charged a lot more for meals in the restaurant and the staff didn't always make you aware of this. |

We loved the suite that we stayed in. We had a bedroom, dining room, lounge and 2 bathrooms. It was nice to have a mini bar and a vase of fresh flowers. Check-in staff that didn't speak much English. Hotel could do with more lifts. |

Nice hotel with good facilities and in a nice quieter location of the promenade with views of the lights and beach The hotel is in need of refurbishment and has been for the last 2 years. It's a busy hotel and such a same they're not spending money on the interior. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Free car park a bonus. Breakfast was amazing Room that we stayed in was clean but needed updating, all the lights fused in our room at one point. The noise from the lift machinery room was very noisy and disturbed our sleep. |

I did not enjoy staying here. The exterior looks like a prison, the interior decoration is very out fo date and the wallpaper is ripped and the signs are all marked and dated. There were stains on the walls in the bedrooms which looked like juice had been spilt , but looked like they could be easily removed with a cloth, there was hand prints on the ceiling, there dark stains in the bathroom, It looked like dirt. The sauna walls were all rotten, the changing rooms were old and none of the lockers worked. The photos of this hotel are very mis-leading and would have been better paying half the price and staying in a B&B. |

Our stay at the hilton was marvelous, the staff were courtious, the room very clean, and the breakfast was served in a air conditioned room which we appreciated, as another hotel we stayed in the breakfast roon was hot crowded and stuffy.the food at the hilton was exellent. In fact the whole experiance was wonderfull If anything the bae prices were a little steep. |

that everyone was very friendly and helpful the hotel was very clean and spotless.and that you can come and go when you like and there would be someone to let you in if you have been out for the night.i also likes the gym and the swimming pool. the only thing was there was a wedding reception and it carried on with loud music untill 2am in one of the suites on the saturday night of my stay. |

The reception staff were very helpful and the room as very comfortable and clean. The food and tea and coffee were very expensive. The breakfast would have been greatly enhanced with a pot of tea and hot water rather than a themos cup of sludge delivered sparingly to the table. |

Very dissapointed with this hotel, reception and bar/reteraunt area was fine but the rest of the hotel needed updating badly. Upon arrival to ur room there were beer cans and empty wine bottles outside adn reminence of sick in our toilet. Aside from this the standard of the rooms was a joke, they dont even come near to a travel inn. I would never stay here again and the price they charge is a complete joke. |
