Good Gym. Buffet was passable but not to Hilton standards. This is probably the worst Hilton I have stayed in. Unfriendly staff. Cleanliness of room was poor. (dreadful smell in the corridors) no wifi in the rooms.(not good for business travel). Beer was off, glasses dirty.

I enjoyed the hilton brand, it was the inconsistency of the staff. From a jobsworth (not understanding the concept of customer services) A robot refering to my 14 year old as a child and talking about him and not too him! Then there was the lovely Debbie if all the staff had her understanding of people and how to speak then fine. On the upside the breakfast was good and the waiter/waitress very accommadating. good but need to look at some customer service training on reception reception staff need work

Excellent leisure facilities. Room was very noisy at night due to being so close to the lifts. The toilet flush was very hard to operate I suspect it was faulty.

The location of the hotel is good because it is away from the hub of blackpool which at times especially throughout the night can be noisy. There were a lot of children in residence who were allowed to run freely about the hotel especially in the bar and at breakfast time where the morning resembled more like a school canteeen rather than a hotel restuarant.

Food was fab staff were friendly and helpfull everything you would expect from a Hilton hotel but with a reasonable room rate . I booked 3 nights for our 18th wedding anniversary and definatly earned some browny points from the wife for this one (thanks Hilton Blackpool) mr c tedds . Only flaw was the charge for car parking £2.50 a day

the reception i didnt like how the reception was better than the room it was very basic and the beds were really uncomfortable and it was really warm and had no aircon and the shower was'nt very good there was a stain round the toilet on the floor we were not told about the parking until we asked the lady at reception she said it was £2.50 at reception and £5.00 on the machine outside so it was not a very good stay was tired and felt really rough the next day and i will not be returning nor will i be reccommending the hilton hotel to any friends or family

The Hilton at Blackpool is beutiful inside, it is clean and fresh and has a great atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I expected there to be a kettle in the room, as you would in any hotel. I was a little dissopointed there wasn't.

I thought the whole experience was a very enjoyable one. From the cleanliness of the rooms and the size of the bed, to the finishing touches like the variety of teas on the tea making tray in the room. The breakfast was superb, hot and very tasty with a large selection of items. All in all a really good trip My only complaint would be the coffee in the dining room could perhaps have been a little stronger however thats a personal preference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Blackpool last weekend. It is well located and reasonably prices but also provides real value for visitors. The staff are very obliging and friendly, the room facilities are excellent and we really enjoyed the food. Our only criticism was of the cost of a cup of coffee in the bar, at 3$ per cup was a little ott I thought. However this did not spoil our overall enjoyment of the stay. Wev will be back next year. The cost of a cup of coffee in the Bar.

Design of the building so most rooms get a sea view. Seemed fairly quiet and peaceful. I have been in Hilton Hotels all over the world as I travel a lot with work. Hilton Blackpool does not seem as well maintained as the others. In our room (518) for example, the bath plug is broken, the hook on the back of the bathroom door is missing and there were old tea stains on the beverages bowl. Also the wallpaper is peeling off from around the window and there was an iroining board but no iron. That said, these things did not detract from our stay. They are just observations / first impressions.
