La propreté moyenne, l'insuffisance de service, le tarif exorbitant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais il faut payer un supplément d'environ 4 euros pour un expresso pour une chambre avec petit déjeuner à 200 euros la nuitée...pas terrible.

We had to get lots of taxis to and from town because it was a fair distance away

Hotel was nicely presented and staff seemed initially very friendly.

Window didnt open in the room and when this was mentioned to the staff they were very unhelpful. Another room I booked was full of flies and again the staff was very unhelpful saying it was because we were by the sea!

Food was good, staff were excellent. Bar, resteraunt and reception and areas are great. Also the gym / Spa look great too

Rooms were a little shabby & grubby in great need of a refurb. Also no air conditioning. Paying to park the car on the premises.

Food was excellent for a hotel and we dined their throughout our stay. The staff were absolutely fabulous and made us really welcome.

The breakfast and wait staff was very good. The room was ok possibly a little tired and could do with a better clean in the bathroom. The bed was good and also the sea view. Plenty of parking.

The long wait to check in. Only two reception staff on and one if them seemed to be training, other members if staff were continually coming out of the office and seemed oblivious to how long people were waiting.

The size of the room

1- acoustics. Huge hotel with very bad acoustics. You can literally hear people talking next door. Room doors slam shut with loud bangs that can wake up a sleeping person and it goes sporadically all night but the bang war starts at 7 when all you can hear is bangs of doors slaming shutting. Continuous noise of people walking down the corridor kids yelling and running really a nightmare. 2- no fridge no complementary water. 3- weak shower. 4- blocked sink and bathtub. 5- 5 pounds tray charge. 6- sea view is actually 80% car park view and 20% sea view. 7- 15 pounds charge per day for wifi. Overall horrible experience.

On return from breakfast our room reeked of cigarette smoke. As neither of us smoke I can only assume it was coming through the wall of the room next door. Awful!

i enjoyed my stay at the hilton the staff are very freindly and the breakfast was exallent

there had been a confrence when we arrived and some had stayed the night and they were quite niosy but that didnt spoil our stay

The staff were more than helpful and the spa/pool facilities were lovely. We had an excellent view from our room on to the beach front.

We thought it was very over priced. I have stayed in more luxurious Premier Inns and Best Westerns. Very old-fashioned rooms that need updated. Bathroom could of been cleaner.

Having to pay for parking. Evening meal was a disappointment,, more choice, especially to complement main choice Reception staff were always completing other tasks , not guest related, before they gave you their attention

I thought the public areas were spacious and the staff were extremely courteous and professional. All areas were clean, the breakfast service was great - a hassle free stay in great surroundings

The rooms were a little 'tired' and needed some updating.
